Helo i need someone who has somekind of exercise they are willin to share with me cause i have no clue as to what i am supposed to do. plz someone add me as a friend and help.

    You can add me as a friend. I exercise 5-6 days a week...and have lost 47 lbs in 5 months...

    Oxygen magazine is awesome - each month they have workout routines. Mix that in with some cardio (running, swimming, biking, etc.) and you will have a great workout plan for each month! The more you research it the more you will learn!
  • When all else fails just walk, it is one of the easiest ways to get some kind of exercise in.

    Have you ever tried DVD's at home? Thats what I use and lost 30 lbs doing that. Some of my favorites are TurboJam/Turbofire.

    I started out by walking and then added in other exercises along the way.
