Impressing my physio therapist with my progress
Last week she was concerned she'd need to manipulate my shoulder a lot which would be painful but I managed to get it moving myself. Yay2 -

92 and she can still sing beautifully.

I forgot I cannot hide my intolerance for people I dislike so when the father of the school bully introduced himself to me today as his dad I replied with oh and turned and walked away.
I smiled cause I completely forgot this quality1 -
