I’m new to this app and so far I love it. I need to keep track on my calories and steps. I need to lose 40 to 45 lbs and build more muscle since I’m getting older and it’s going away. I like the videos they have on here and it helps a lot. I like looking at before and after pictures of people and there success stories.
