11/19: 286.4 lbs (-0.5) … back down under the -100 mark again. I actually ate at maintenance yesterday (well, within budget if you count the exercise calories, I tend not to) and didn’t fast through breakfast as I usually do. I had a heck of an appetite. I stepped onto the scale fully expecting to see an increase, but I saw a small loss instead. Pretty happy with that.
11/20: 285.1 lbs (-1.3) … a new low. Feeling pretty good this morning!
11/21: 283.8 lbs (-1.3) … another new low! This is already a very good week, hopefully I can hang onto this progress. Today is the last day of our step challenge at work, and my team is still holding onto the lead (and has done so for the past week and a half). I’m averaging 15,000 steps per day since 11/4, which is kind of insane for me considering my ~6-8k average before that. I’m committing to 20,000+ steps today just to make sure we cement our lead and have no surprises in the morning.
11/22: 283.3 lbs (-0.5) … another new low. And we did it! My team won the step challenge. I pushed myself pretty hard yesterday, doing 3+ hours of walking (23,500 steps) to ensure we held onto the lead. Going to let myself rest today, and then go back to trying to make sure I get around 10,000 per day.
11/23: 283.1 lbs (-0.2) … another new low. How I love typing that. I’m kind of surprised -- I was pretty hungry yesterday and ate a bit more than I typically do. I was expecting an uptick. I’m about to head off to my niece’s birthday party, where I hope to be able to behave in terms of what I eat
11/24: 284.0 lbs (+0.9) … a little uptick after some weekend indulging.
11/25: 284.7 lbs (+0.7) … and a little more. Still doing fine for the round and I expect to balance back out around 283 by the end of the week.
11/26: 284.8 lbs (+0.1) … fairly steady at least today. .1 lbs is nothing. A bit sore this morning after two days at the gym in a row. I hadn’t meant for the sessions to be so close to each other, but last week was pretty hectic. I didn’t get a chance to go to the gym until Sunday morning.
11/27: 284.8 lbs (+0.0) … holding steady!
11/28: 283.2 lbs (-1.6) … awesome. Back within .1 lbs of my previous low. I’ll take it! Happy Thanksgiving to anyone who’s celebrating it today.

22: 203.4 Pretty sure this isn't hormone related, but with the timing it could be. @tiabirdie56 It really seems to be! I've done LCHF before with success, but cutting out grains and sugar completely is doing wonders. I feel better than I have in a very long time.
23: 202.6 ♀️ And there's the drop. Exactly 1 pound to my 40-pound milestone. Tomorrow is my partner's birthday, so we're going out for a late lunch and early movie today. I feel pretty confident about navigating my food intake though. After the movie, we'll be going to a few stores for errands, so I should also be able to get some decent steps in. If nothing else, I'll let him peruse Menard's while I walk laps. Wouldn't be the first time. Lol

25: 201.7 ♀️ I was sort of expecting an increase today because I joined a couple of friends to watch football last night and went a little overboard. Instead, "I wonder what the scale would say if I hadn't..." ... Drank that bottle of red wine, then ate a snack at 11pm to offset the alcohol. 🤦♀️ I'm glad this isn't my usual behavior. Also glad it didn't derail me. Need extra water today.
26: 202.5 ♀️ Felt bloated this morning when I stepped on the scale. Not gonna fret though since I've significantly surpassed my goal for this round already.
27: 202.8 Not enough water? Not enough veggies because I haven't been eating salads with the romaine recall? Normal fluctuation? All of the above? Still down over 3 pounds this round. It's all good.

In diet, I ate lower carb and calorie than I have been lately and made each bit count with GOOD HEALTHY choices. Yesterday’s stats: 1030 Calories In / 2926 Calories Out. 21 Net Carbs. 22,028 Total Steps & 9.32 Total Miles. 11/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 7 hours & 49 minutes to make up for the night before. More time socializing and less time exercising, but that does a body good too!
11/25 …..183.6 ….. I am just so happy with that today. Pleased that the hard work is catching up to me. Can I get through the next 2 days of travel without too much over-indulgence & self-sabotage? Honestly, I don’t think so, but knowledge is power so that will help. Strategy? Maybe choose one of the days to stay diligent, go bunless etc and allow myself to enjoy the offerings of a big city on the other. My family Thanksgiving dinner is not until Saturday so that will affect the next round, not this one. Yesterday’s stats: 1156 Calories In / 2672 Calories Out. 29 Net Carbs. 15,317 Total Steps & 6.48 Total Miles. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 24 minutes. I walked for 33 minutes burning 184 cals and I did low-impact aerobics for 32 minutes burning 227 cals. Total extra planned calorie burn was 411. This weight gets me just over goal for the round and I’m thrilled. If I could just hold onto it!
11/26 …..184.0 ….. Travel Day. First travel was cancelled, then reinstated with a very late start so I am posting tonight now that I’m home. I’m not sure what happened with the scale this morning. Everything went perfectly yesterday. I stuck strictly to my eating plan & even got in extra exercise & activity. I do admit that I was low on water and sleep (as usual) but otherwise, a perfect day! I guess I’ll call it a normal fluctuation, perhaps from activity. Yesterday’s stats: 1286 Calories In/2800 Calories Out. 33 Net Carbs. 22,170 Total Steps & 9.38 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 4 hours & 25 minutes. I danced for 24 minutes burning 136 cals, I walked for 108 minutes at 3.0 mph burning 582 cals, I walked another 40 minutes burning 195 cals, and I did another dance session for 23 minutes burning 138 cals. Sample song- “You make my dreams come true.” By Hall & Oates. I typed my weight in neutral black because I know I did everything right. Travel plans cancelled for tomorrow, thank Goodness. I kept my quantity within reason today during travel, but my choices are another story! So glad it won’t be two days in a row!
11/27 …..187.8 ….. Travel today cancelled and I am so grateful. Shocked at scale this morning because I really felt I practiced restraint. My portions were very small. I swear, if I sniff a carb its at least 2 pounds on the scale, and if I eat them-well, you can see what happens! Today will be full of restraint at home. And lots of @tiabirdie56 Parsley Tea. My Thanksgiving dinner is not until Saturday, so I’ve got a couple of days to get back down before another explosion of food. Yesterday’s stats with calorie counts & carbs are unclear due to the restaurant food. I can report 14,112 Total Steps. 5.89 Total Miles. Calorie burn unclear because my fitbit was on my shoes and it over-counts and is inaccurate with that stat. 13/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 6 hours & 11 minutes and woke up EXHAUSTED. Wanted to sleep more but couldn’t due to work commitments. I walked for 199 minutes at 2.5 mph and burned 859 cals. I danced before I left for 22 minutes burning 131 cals. Total extra calorie burn 990. Sample song - "Gonna make you sweat (Everybody Dance Now)" by C & C Music Factory. It's a 90's dance tune and It's true, it really did make me sweat! 11/28 …..185.6 ….. Final weigh-in and, as usual, the travel day bit me in the behind. However, I’m down 0.2 lbs from the start so at least I can type in pink! Happy Thanksgiving to everyone who is celebrating! I hope everyone will relax, partake & enjoy. I received good news in regards to my CT scan and that is one of the many things I am thankful for today. Yesterday’s stats: 770 Calories In / 3075 Calories Out. (That explains the whoosh!). 11 Net Carbs. 24,352 Total Steps & 10.29 Total Miles. 12/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours on the button. I walked for 129 minutes at a pace between 3.5 & 4.0 mph burning 826 and I danced a session for 23 minutes burning 139. Sample song – “Beast of Burden” by The Rolling Stones. It’s a bit of a grooving song so it made a nice warm-up song. Total extra calorie burn 1045. See you next round!

11/18-172 Got my big walk in today and was within my calories.
11/19-170-What a difference it makes to be eating right and walking instead of salty food and traveling. Glad to be home.
11/20-169-I’m off to the gym this morning, will make a ground turkey meatloaf. I’m hoping to stay on track.
11/21-167-The gym was a full body workout with cardio, rough but glad I did it. My meatloaf was the best ever-I fried two onions before adding it to the mix. I’ll get a big walk in today.
1/22-168-Got a big walk in, but not enough water, even though I ate good. It’s Friday!!!!!
11/23-165-That is just because I didn’t feel like eating dinner so I had a drink instead. I tried to close out the food diary and got the lecture of not eating enough calories....I was not hungry though, so I lied and told MFP I ate 3 cheese sticks.😂
11/24-168-This will go down tomorrow.That is the result of no walk and 1/2 of a deli sandwich....🤷♀️
11/25-169-It didn’t go down because I sat and sewed all weekend, Ate good and drank water and zero exercise. It’s Monday!
11/26-It was awfully windy here yesterday and a walk was not a good idea. So, I sewed all day. Today I’ll get a big walk in before I go to work for a while. I am really glad to be in the 160’s.

11/19 394.8 0.0 – I am going to shoot for getting in the next decade this challenge. I need to work on getting in to bed by midnight more the next 10 days. Only 2 times last challenge. Lowered my goal to 5 this time. I am logging good. That is like taking a bath every day for me, so doing something more challenging for me that I need to stop that I have been letting creep back into my diet too much. Not a lot, but more than I would like.
11/20 394.4 - 0.4 lbs.
11/21 392.6 - 1.8 lbs. – It felt good to be able to move my ticker again on MFP! It had been a while. Staying the course. Two days in a row that I got in my steps goal and a few walks. Eating pretty good. I have been trying to get in my 8 glasses of water and I finally got in 8 glasses today! It has been a while since I did that. The little cup at the end of my diary is helping. I have been averaging 6. Because of my incontinence issue 8 to 10 is about all I can do if I don't want to be up all night. I have a hard-enough time with sleep as it is, so I do not want to be up and down every hour and half because I had too much water. Have a great weekend if I am not able to get back on tomorrow. I am at year end at work and it is a very busy time right now and when I get home, the last thing I want to do is get on a computer. Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:
11/22 391.2 - 1.4 lbs. – Staying on track. A little over calories. I did not get in my steps. I am logging it all and no fried and/or fast food. All the same for me. Goal to at least maintain another weekend. I was looking at my scale app and I have not gained weight in 8 days and that is a record I want to keep going for a while. 11/25 390.6 - 0.8 lbs. – Bad news from my sister over the weekend. She told me and my sick Dad she is moving to NY when my Dad is in a nursing home and it is only me and her. Did not consult me, no family meeting or nothing. At 1st I was furious, then I calmed down and told her via text if her conscious let’s her do this so be it, I will do the best I can for Dad. She can make her excuses and justify to herself but at the end of the day, she is the one who has to live with her choice, not me. But she better know I will not be giving her any reports. I asked her to stay. My Dad is in hospice and he has been in there since August. We don’t know how long he will live and I guess her wants are more important than our Fathers. The good thing is I did not emotional eat over it much. I stayed in control as much as I could. I was not perfect but I did not binge. I am still very sad that she can do this and still have a good conscious. When she does not have to. Sigh….It is not in my control, so it is what it is. Overall, I am down 0.6 lbs. over the weekend. I am up so late tonight I probably will not have a chance to weigh in the morning.

11/28 389.6 -2.8 lbs – Into the next decade, goal met! I am coming to terms with my sisters decision to move. No time to chat now. I don’t celebrate holidays. Me and an old friend are going to see Mary Poppins and then dinner at Cooper Hawk. Than tomorrow on to a resort and a Brazilian steak house Saturday! My goal is to stay mindful. Eat a lot of protein, fish, eggs and salad. I am going to enjoy my weekend within reason. Whatever happens, I will get back on track Monday. Tomorrow I will weigh in for the next round and then Monday. I leave for the resort Friday and back home Sunday!! The resort is here in a suburb of IL, still considered Chicagoland. I am looking forward to it for sure and it should be a lot of fun! You all have a great weekend and I will see you in the next round! :flowerforyou:

My journey … "I May Not Be Where I Want To Be, but I’m Not Where I Use To Be!"In 2003 Weighed over 600 lbs.My highest weight was 611 in 2003. Weight in 2004 before weight loss surgery was 580. I joined MFP on March 27, 2010 weighing in at 388 pounds. I was re-gaining weight and stumbled up on it while trying to get back on track. I was determined never to see 400+ on that scale again for me.
I have been morbidly obese all my life. I have a lifetime of mental and physical scars from obesity. In October 2004 I had Gastric Bypass surgery. WLS (Weight Loss Surgery) was the best gift that I could and did give to myself.
Between 2008 and 2010 I gradually gained back 80 of almost 300 pounds lost initially after weight loss surgery. I never reached my goal weight of 200 pounds. I still managed to keep off over 65 percent of the weight I lost which is very good and I am very proud of my accomplishments since 2004. It has literally changed my life for the better on all levels. I am here to lose re-gained weight and to reach my initial goal weight. I am in no hurry. I am taking this one day at a time and I am in it for the long haul.
Surgery did not fix the head. It is a good tool and the best gift I have given to myself, but it was not the easy way out as many people think. Once the honeymoon period is over after the WLS it is up to the patient to keep the weight off.
On August 29, 2011-- I was admitted to Intensive Out Patient Eating Disorder Program to learn how to manage my binge eating disorder effectively. The program is wonderful indeed and will be instrumental in me reaching all of my goals. The focus of this program was how to eat and not diet. Weight loss was not a goal of the program. I actually gained 20 pounds in program. But I had to get thru a lot of stuff and my the time I was released I had stopped gaining. I was discharged from program on December 3, 2011.
My tool is still working for me today. My head is still the issue. SO the struggle continues. I will never beat myself up again. I fight the fine fight faithfully and positively everyday. Because that is what will get me to my goals one day. Even though it may not show up on the scale every day -- Everyday I make progress one way or another just by showing up, waking up and trying.

Christmas and the celebration season is looming and I'd like to get down to 131 before then; must really dig in!

My daily average so far this year is down – all due to outside influences, weather, my elderly father and his maiden aunt both had several weeks in hospital and due to their dementia need a relative with them almost all their waking hours, oh and did I mention the weather? So much rain this year for days at a time . I should not complain, I really feel for those people that are flooded out in their homes, such a dreadful situation. My DH has told me I need to get out of my OCD for walking, but it's easy for him his metabolism isn't like mine – I need to keep the furnace burning or the weight just goes back on and I don't want to have to starve/deprive myself of what I like to eat to keep my weight down. Don't get me wrong he is really supportive and loves me however I am, he can also see all the benefits of me losing weight and more especially that I am a happier person not only with myself but in life as a whole.

Thanks for the suggestion, it's something that I've considered in the past but decided against it because I don't believe in radical diets - I'd rather learn the behaviours that I need to live with for the rest of my life. Slow and painstaking as that is, I think it's the healthier option. I have advice from my nutritionist (who is a credentialled diabetes educator) who advised against keto options. 26/10: 152.6: Goals 🌻 This week I am getting back to some serious strength training. I am feeling the burn, and I suspect that the weight gain is mostly water retention from the extra working out. It isn't always about the scale number. Muscle toning has an inevitable effect, as denser muscle replaces fat cells. However, the resulting loss of size is the compensation. And staying around the lower 150s will suffice for now. It's a great improvement from the 170s I was at at the end of July. 3 more rounds will see us almost to the new year. Let's see what we can do by then!
27/10: 151.2: Goals 🌻 Happy that it's not up again. I could have waited until Jan to restart my strength training, but it seemed sensible not to put it off. It'll settle down soon enough. So no worries.

REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

11/19 – 176.6 – It’s always nice to see a drop at the start of a round. Tuesday is my busiest day this semester, but a workshop and a last-minute commitment made this an especially tough one. No time to walk, but I met my calorie goals.
11/20 – 176.6 – Took my daughter out to lunch today for a little "mom TLC." She hit a deer on the highway last night and, although she wasn't injured, she was tired and shaken. She's also without a car. No walk and over on salt, sugar, and calories. I won’t be surprised to see a bounce in the next couple of days, but that's okay. Back on track tomorrow.
11/21 – 177.2 – As predicted, there’s that bounce. Small, but motivating. I stayed on track and met my goals today, including the walk. I had to really push myself to go, but the park was lovely in the hour before dusk and before long I could feel the tension dissolve.
11/22 – 177.2 – Rainy day, so I did some household chores before picking my grandsons up from school. Opened a bottle of wine for the grown-ups and made a salad to go with the kids’ choice of take-out for an easy dinner. Bacon pizza and pinot noir put me over my goal (but still under maintenance). With all the holiday prep ahead, it was a relaxing start to a busy weekend.
11/23 – 176.2 – Surprised to see a drop today, but hey, I’ll take it!. Walked in the park with my husband and then we split up the chores. He put the Christmas lights up outside and I got the fun job of cleaning out the fridge and the big freezer in the garage. Watching a whole lot of ice cream melt in the sink was a lesson in how my eating habits have changed – for the better! Now I just have to adjust my shopping habits. Met my calorie goal even with an extra glass of wine and a small piece of chocolate. Overall, another good day, but I'm wiped out! I'll catch up with all your posts tomorrow
11/24 – 176.6 – Trying to avoid putting more stuff in the fridge this week left me with an odd assortment of things to use up, so today’s meals were less well-balanced than I’d have liked. Over on calories, carbs, and salt. Ah, well…at least I stayed under maintenance calories. On the upside, I also made a minimally sweetened four-berry syrup with fruit I’d frozen this summer. It should make a gorgeous brunch cocktail mixed with prosecco next weekend 😊
11/25 – 177.6 – This is certainly a roller coaster round. Hope this is the top of the hill. Met my calorie gal but didn’t have time to walk. Too much to do before Thursday.
11/26 – 176.8 – And we’re headed down again…at least for now. I’d planned to do my final pre-holiday grocery shop after my morning class, but the day was so gorgeous that I headed to the beach for a walk instead. It took a while, but eventually all the stress dropped away and, although I still have tons to do before my guests arrive on Thursday, I feel calmer and less distracted. Well under my calorie limit today, and banking a little extra for the holiday treats.
11/27 – 176.2 – Busy day, but I got in my walk and goofed around in the park with my daughter and her boys. Stayed up way too late prepping, but less to do tomorrow.

Hi. My name is Trina.
This 10 days may well be a bit of a mess. We are going to a new restaurant for dinner tonight to celebrate my husband's birthday and my start of chemo tomorrow! Expect that this will drop once the extra fiber from last night (slow cooked heirloom beans) kicks in! Still 2.2 pound loss for round which is higher than expected based on current settings from nutritionist, but weight loss seems to go in spurts! NSV - can wear same size workout leggings as my 12yo daughters, even though I am about 20 lbs heavier (one is my height, the other is 2 inches taller). Important to remember that the scale is not always the best reflection of progress and that weight training has a huge impact on body composition~ #musclematters

11/20 129.9, thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I didn’t indulge too much yesterday but going to a Mexican restaurant tonight so will have some chips, guacamole and a margarita to celebrate!
11/21 130.0, back to the gym today but going to start slow since it’s been a few days without going and do 30 minutes. Going to an opera tonight so cheese platter and a glass of champagne for dinner

11/26 129.8, busy day and won’t be able to go the gym/ lunch provided by work so it’s not the healthiest but these days happen. Going to Lower my expectations for the next month to 1-2 lbs of weight loss. I started mfp on 12/1/18 (was so strict last year that may take it a bit easier this year to also enjoy the season)

11/19 162.1 WTH? I stayed within calories but too much sodium and too many carbs. Usually, I'm not big on carbs but lightened up stroganoff still has a lot of noodles. I finally made it to the gym to lift weights, which is probably part of the retained water issue and all of the sore muscle issues. I have been so happy to walk again after the pulled hamstring in August that I've really neglected weight lifting. I'm sure this uptick will be gone in a day or two so I'm not sweating it. Headed back to StL today. It's a lovely sunny fall day so I will definitely go for a walk somewhere between KC and STL, either along the river or a park closer to KC. The stupid tilt of the earth making it harder to walk before dark
11/20 No Scale Great walk last night. Ended up going 4.75 miles. My app was paused for a long time and I didn't notice because the views were so beautiful and the book I was listening to was sooo good. OOPS! Ended up finishing in the dark. I wasn't happy with myself, my BF called me just as I was finishing and he was mad at me (I don't blame him, it was dumb). I'm on a very rural trail by myself - which he hates already but then on top of that now it's dark. Probably not the safest thing. I am going to change my schedule so I leave KC earlier in the day and can finish walking before dark. All that being said, I had a great calorie day, even stayed low on sodium. A couple of pics to justify my lateness.
11/21 No Scale A good 4-mile walk last night. The scenery was not nearly as beautiful but it was still nice. I was done well before dark. It's a state park and I will go back. Lots of BIG hills. Another decent food day and TOM is almost over so I hope to see a good number on the scale tomorrow. Not looking forward to the boring drive home in the rain Oh well. No exercise today, I need a rest day.
11/22 162.4 Not what I expected. Not happy with it, but it is what it is I guess. I had Vietnamese last night with maybe too much sodium. Whatever it is it won't be here long. I can still make it to 15X by the end of the round. I hope everyone has a good weekend.
11/23 and 11/24 163.1 More bad food choices, not calorie-wise but high sodium. I walked 3 miles on Saturday and 5 on Sunday.
11/25 163.2 I'm feeling sluggish today. I'm not sure if it's a food hangover from lasagna last night (birthday party) or tired from walking 5 miles yesterday. I've finally figured out that any pasta will hang on for a couple of days like sodium. Since I went over on both last night I'm afraid I won't be seeing 15X this round. It's all I can do to not just give up until after thanksgiving. It's starting today with a work t-day here at the office today, a full big deal meal on Thanksgiving itself then a mini one next Sunday. A walk tonight instead of the gym because it's beautiful.
11/26 161.9 Back down again. When I saw 163 it took the wind out of my sails a little, I knew it would come down and it did but weight loss is like an uphill journey all the way. It can be exhausting. I have three days to lose 2 pounds and one of those days is Thanksgiving. HAHAHAHAHA Ok, Round 97 is my Round to get out of Obeseland.
11/27 161.9 Still. I was good calorie and sodium wise yesterday. I did weights last night at the gym so maybe that's why I'm not down any at all - a small bit of retention? Not going for a month really made a difference in what I could lift and how many reps I do before my limbs feel like jello. Sunny and cold today, I get off around 2 ish so I'll be walking before going to the store to get the stuff for the one thing I have to cook for Thanksgiving. Happy Turkey Day tomorrow. I've decided I'm going to stay under 2,000 calories - which will be a challenge my SIL is an excellent cook.

Round 96 - – November 19 –28
Female, 5’, 66 years. Goals – finish calorie log each day, only yogurt or fruit in the evening and nothing after 9 p.m. SW – 164.4, GW – 163 something, UGW – 140. (This really should be 125 or 130 but that seems like such a long ways to go and 140 would be a huge improvement.)
Last few rounds I’ve been ever so gradually creeping up. I think I have turned that around though. Have a concert the beginning of Dec. and have to fit into my choir outfit (which I wore in spring though not very comfortably). Could buy something new but it has to be all black which I never wear otherwise and this is my last year before moving away. So, motivation to be less laid back about it.

11/22 – 163.8 – Happy to see this. Ironic that a year ago I would have been sad to see this number because I was dipping into the 150 somethings but still have to remember that I got down there once so I can do it again and keep going.
11/23 – 163.8 – LNS – a mandarin orange and some goji berries but stayed away from crackers and chocolate.

11/25 – 165 – I’m guessing the uptick is being just a little over cals the last 2 days and LNS on dried (and sweetened) cranberries just before bed. Need to have a plan for tonight as I have choir rehearsal and we have a concert next week but at least one of the key members is on holiday – that leaves me being the one holding it for my section. Always a good stretching experience … just have to get my head around “this too shall pass” and not let it stress me out.

11/27 – 164.2 – Finally made it to the gym yesterday. Felt so good after months away, only did 1 hr so not too sore today.

11/20 – 284.6/-0.2 – I GOT MY GALLON OF WATER IN!!! I upped my workout intensity and completed my 1st day of 20:4 fasting yesterday…. I also got a great night’s sleep. I wasn’t expecting a big drop but I am hoping to hit goal for this 10 days.

11/19 - 175.4 Good day yesterday however very little exercise. I did make a few laps around the office to get in some extra steps - better than nothing. Need to find my fitbit, dust it off, fire it up and get those step numbers up. Gallbladder acting up. I've had occasional attacks but not often enough to cause concern. I'm taking ibuprofen and hoping it goes back to sleep soon lol
11/20 - 174.6 Stayed on course eating healthy. Back to pre-weekend weight and down a bit. The gallbladder pain is gone. It is sunny and a bit cool but it should be a beautiful day. Feeling thankful, optimistic and motivated
11/21 - 175.4 Late night salty snack - pretzels and wheat thins. I knew better but I was under on my calories and had a stressful day so told myself it was okay (NOT). I need to stock more healthy go to late night snacks.
11/22 - 175.0 No LNS. High carb dinner but still under on my calories. Found my fitbit and it is on the charger. Goal - 6500+ steps today. Weekend is here again.

11/27 - 176.6 Is it possible that I could have a small loss for this round - YES! The over indulgence from last weekend is almost gone and I'm feeling encouraged and motivated going into a food-filled holiday. I WILL be mindful of every forkful.
