This week's successes: 50 day streak on MFP, and this week I got back on track with staying closer to my calorie goal than I have been; exercising 45 min+ every day for the last 11 days.

I'm not sure I have 52 pounds of fat that I want/need to lose at this point, but I'm close enough that I'm going to call myself "in."

This week's successes: Getting back into deficit after a maintenance break.
This week's challenges: Extremely low motivation (for life-ing in general -- not out of the norm, as I battle physical and mental health issues on an ongoing basis).
A heads up: I will likely go faster than 1 pound/week for the first 4-ish months, then looking to tighten up and go into a slow loss followed by a recomp phase. I'll likely make 52 pounds of weight loss on the scale with some skin loss (hopefully), along with lean mass having to do with the support of the fat stores I have. I am aiming to maintain/increase muscle mass and bone density, so that may throw off the scale results. I do hope to reach my goal body fat percentage by the year's end, whatever scale weight that puts me at.6 -
I would like to join in. I'll post my weight over the weekend as I need to get a new scale. I've gained about 20lbs since November as I pigged out the entire month of December. I know this because I have nothing that fits to wear to work tomorrow8

Love the challenge. I want to lose 28, and then do some fine tuning after that. My vices of wine and chocolate, coupled with traveling for work, seriously interfere with my goals.

Started at 219 in June of 2014. Successfully lost over 50 pounds over a couple of years time. Have seen the pounds slowly slinking their way back, so time to get serious again. I feel this Challenge is just what I need!!!

Change to diet: 2020 Reduce night snacking (2019 Quit snacking on high sugar/calorie/carb snacks all day and evening long. Have cut sugar consumption to under 40 gms a day which in turn cut carbs as well.)

Well, this is my first post on the MFP forum - I recently went through the Sober October challenge and went 50 days without alcohol and eating relatively good, which helped me lose almost 40 lbs. The holidays hit, and now I feel like a stuffed sausage again and I'm ready to kick it back into gear. I'm sure the support system on here is a lot better than Instagram, so here we go -
