    This week's successes: 50 day streak on MFP, and this week I got back on track with staying closer to my calorie goal than I have been; exercising 45 min+ every day for the last 11 days.

    This week's challenges: Starting back to work on Monday and meal need to meal plan & prep to make sure I don't eat fast food.

    Started at 219 in June of 2014. Successfully lost over 50 pounds over a couple of years time. Have seen the pounds slowly slinking their way back, so time to get serious again. I feel this Challenge is just what I need!!!

    Change to diet: 2020 Reduce night snacking (2019 Quit snacking on high sugar/calorie/carb snacks all day and evening long. Have cut sugar consumption to under 40 gms a day which in turn cut carbs as well.)

    Excited to continue on journey this year and hopefully get to maintenance!
