    Also my measurements were taken last night at the gym and I am signed up to have them taken again in 4 weeks so if I drink my water like I should I should see more of a difference my goal is a minium of 10 inches.

  • I want to do the challenge SW 187.6. I am going to try really hard to keep my sodium down. That is something I have been struggling with. Cant seem to keep it that low. Any suggestions from anyone would def help. Will post measurements later.

    Requirements:
    1. Drink at least 8 (8 ounces) of water a day
    2. Limit sodium intake to 1500-1800 milligrams daily
    3. Exercise at least 45 minutes (three days) a week
    4. Complete food diary

    2. Take body measurments of your
    chest 35

    right/left thigh 22

    Weight: 145.6 lbs
    Waist: 32.25
    Right thigh: 20"
    Left thigh: 20"
    Hips: 39"

    Now to my workout.....

  • Good morning September and Good-Bye 5 pounds. Weighed in this morning and ready to have a great day. I have noticed that I have to take one meal at a time in order to stay motivated and not get overwhelmed about the whole month.

    Chest: 47 - honestly - this doesn't seem right - should be 45, probably just 'cause it's early. ;P

    I'm in for this September challenge too. Here are my current stats:

    Start weight: 176 lbs
    Waist 37.75
    Hips 41.0
    Bra size 36.0
    Thigh Measurement 26.0
    The above measurements are in inches.

    I was on Tazzys challenge last month. She really is a motivator! :)
    I plan to lose more than 5lbs hopefully. I am completely unsure of what to expect with the measurment loss, as i have never measured myself. It'll be interesting to see what happens there.

    Can someone tell me how to set MFP to adjust the amount of sodium? I can't remember how to do that. I'm off to a bad start - went out to dinner last night and somehow managed to gain 1.5 lbs in 24 hrs. And all I did was eat back my exercise calories. Grr......
