Time to get the goal

What's up everyone. My name is Corey I also go by Casper. I'm 36 and a father of two. Over the decade I have given up on health and put more effort into work and career. I drive a truck for a living and I'm also a video game streamer which has left little to no time for activity as both careers are sitting for long hours. Recently I have been doing a lot of thinking as well noticed this past christmas I was always tired and just had no energy when I wanted to do things with my kids. So I have decided to start working towards a goal of healthier eating and just getting more active this year. My goals for 2020 is to lose 100lbs and be around 200 by the end of the year while also building muscle mass, and also teaching myself how to eat healthier. If anyone has any tips that worked for them or things for me to try I would appreciate it. This is all brand new to me and I'm just looking for advice for someone that wants to be able run with his kids and feel better in general.
