I did the same. 😑 I was at 150 lbs and running. Now 220 lbs and feel like a stuffed potato. I’m on day 4 and doing good. It’s very hard to stay on track and make it a “lifestyle” especially when you love food.1

2 years ago I gained 25 lbs and that was a lot on 5'4 lady. Four years before that I lost 40 so I was so unhappy to have most of it back on, DEPRESSING. I gained 10 lbs, scales were off 10 lbs, then got mad and gained another 5. Lesson Learned. I weigh daily now, got weight back down to 159. 184 lbs, not 199 like 4 years ago but bad. I logged my food, ate 100 gr or less of carbs and got it off. This Xmas up 3 lbs, been sick with sinus infec so not too bad. Hope to lose it this week, yes 3 lbs doable, not 25! 162 lbs now, 159 soon! Ya can do it, depressing putting on all that weight, learn from your mistakes.1

The scale does not care what you want. You are the only entity which will. Do you?-1

I hear you I am right there with you. I had gastric bypass surgery 13 years ago . I was desperate at the time. I was over 200lbs and my self esteem was at an all time low. I swore I wouldn’t let myself get back to that point. But like the emotional eating food addict I am, I gained the weight back over the last 13 years. So we are all in this together. We can do this!1
