Restarting a new fitness goal to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Looking for like minded motivators and teachers/coaches. Lost 12 lbs in first three weeks by cutting my munching habit and eating whole foods with portion control all day. ;-) Plus brisk walking 4.25 miles, 5-6 days per week. Feels great!2

Hi all. I'm 56 (don't believe that), 6'4, and need to lose another 15 pounds to start with, and fairly well self-motivated...just keep getting stuck on plateaus. Enjoy a good joke, not easily offended, in this for the long haul.2
