What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

To run 26.2 miles, Austin Marathon in February! Definitely a motivator because I am a little bit nervous.9

My current BMI is 25.4 (F,5'10 and 177lbs). The normal BMI range is 129-174. So my mini goal is to lose 3 more lbs and get out of the overweight BMI category!10

my goal is not to gain over Xmas. I have gained as much as 7 lbs before, up only one pound this morning, so doable.4

I want to be under 205 by Christmas. I have been that low three or four times and keep self sabotaging myself. My next goal is ONEderland! Hopefully in January. Haven’t been there since before my twins were born—they are 9 now! 😬
Well, not quite. I am 206.6. Super close and I am proud of myself. I lost between Thanksgiving and Christmas!! My next goal is to start back on the eating that makes my body feel the best. I ate so, so many carbs today. My neighbor makes THE BEST rolls. I love carbs ❤️ But feel better when I don’t eat too many. My body needs more protein than I like to eat. *sigh* So, back on track tomorrow and all feel good- to my body not my emotions-eating until New Years. Quite a mini goal, but one I can do! Small steps. 😀

Mini Goal: learn to keep track of my rolling average weight instead of whatever bloated situation I happen to be on a given morning. On a more concrete level, my rolling average is now 99,5kg and there’s two weeks before Christmas, so I’d like to see the rolling average start with a 98 and preferably on the lower half, so below 98,5kg.
Didn’t happen, but the main thing is I still lost weight. My rolling average went from 99.5 to 99.2, so just over half a pound lost over the holidays and the weeks leading up. Getting my rolling average below 98.5kg is still my next goal, I even set it up as a milestone on my Happy Scacle app.

I have a couple:
First I want to wear my form fitting red dress in our upcoming cruise in 9 days and still be able to breath.
My second goal is to run 1000 miles in 2020 and complete a half marathon. I logged 754 miles in 2019, but due to a broken wrist and lazy mini vacations I didn't run as much as I wanted and my half marathon was during post surgery recovery time.8 -
To be back in the 130s! I have 8 lbs to go after the holidays...had been down to 144.5 sometime in December.7

I wanna be able to do a pushup by my birthday at the end of March. I have never been able to do one, no matter my level of fitness. I'm ready to make it happen!!11

I'm going to start laughing more. I can be (and am) a very serious minded person. I love research and studying and I usually study very interesting but sober-minded/serious stuff/topics and I don't laugh (heartily) nearly as much as I used to when I was younger. I do smile a LOT ( I LOVE smiling) and am a very jovial person in general--daily, but want to get my laughing/giggling on much more in 2020.14

Back at a "healthy' BMI by my daughter's birthday in Feb, back I to the 60s (kg not lb) in March, goal weight April fools day.
The challenge will then be keeping it off - something that I have only managed for 12 months in the past.6 -
1.6lbs to get to 150 lost.17
-
I get so close to “ONEDERLAND” and then I sabotage myself. I am not going to let it happen this time. I am close and I am going to get closer. My goal is to make it by the end of the month.17

Go for it, you have 4 months though, think how amazing it would be if you learned to swim as well 🐠3 -
My daughters confirmation. Need to buy address but want to drop a size. I have until April. Realistic enough goal I think .10

NYC vacation coming up and while I’m there, I am going into Peloton to take a class live in their studio, knowing I can make it through a ride and meet the target metrics without dying.8

Loosing 2 stone by my holiday to France in July. I lost 30lbs last year for my wedding, but then I got lazy and careless and put 20 back on! So I need to re-focus.5
-
I want to see myself back in the 140's before the end of this month. Should be do-able; four more pounds need to come off.9
-
Get back to climbing 3 days a week without pain8
-
To button my jeans without sucking in my stomach!8
-
My mini goal is to break the 140 mark. I have 5 pounds to go and would love to lose it by the end of the month!
Plan to get there:
Consistently count calories and stay under calorie allotment
Workout 3+ times a week
Be patient! (Especially if it takes longer than a month)

sub 200 (225 this morning). Ideally i would love to complete this before we go to Hawaii for our 15 year anniversary trip in March, but I'm realistic. i think the only way that would happen for me (desk job slow loser) is to drastically cut calories and be miserable. We shall see what I can do.
Weigh less than my husband (sustained). We've been about the same weight for a bit now, but he is losing much faster. I know part of his bigger loss was kicked off by having oral surgery limiting what he could eat for a while and forcing him to slow down eating. I know it's not a competition but grrr.
so third mini-goal is to celebrate my husband's losses not get frustrated by my slower pace. We both want to look and feel better for Hawaii and we are in it together.8 -
I have been hoovering at the 155 lb/ 11 stone mark for the past six weeks. My next mini goal is to get to 153/ 10 stone something mark and keep going till I get to 148 lbs at which point I will be in maintaince 🤓3

My daughter's wedding at the end of the month. I want to look good on the day and do justice to the beautiful dress I have found for the occasion.9
-
I got new PJ's for Christmas that are too tight. I want to fit in them and not have to return them!6
-
Doing a public speaking presentation in June to inspire/motivate women who have been out of the workplace for a while, to achieve their dreams. My goal is to walk the talk and prove it to myself first.12

Achieved!!! Surgery in a few weeks, then I'm back to normal and back to the gym 💪
Next mini-goals as I wait:
1. 12.1 lbs away from the halfway mark for my total WLJ
2. Try to hit within 5% all of my micronutrient targets for January
8 -
My holidays. To be able to walk on the beach without a towel wrapped around me 🙈7
-
Going to Scotland in April to see my beau.7
