Well my goal was to lose 15 more lbs but now my goal is to stay healthy and continue to workout and jog because we are expecting baby #2! First pregnancy I didn't workout until halfway through... not this one!17

My best friend is getting married in June and I'm Maid of Honor...so knowing I'll have professional photos taken is my biggest motivation. It's nice because the eternal embarrassment of seeing those photos keeps me going!7

Oh! Also that I had to buy a bridesmaid dress without trying it on. I also don't get to try it on until 2 days before the wedding because I had to have it shipped to the US and I'm currently living overseas....2 -
I got 2 “Athletic Fit” size XL shirts that are a little too tight right now for Christmas. One is a Mets shirt, the others an Islanders shirt.
My goal is to wear the Mets one by Opening Day (March 26th) and the Islanders one by the beginning of the playoffs (1st week of April)8 -
In a couple months it's going to be warm and pool time8

Update: I posted here a little while back with the mini-goal of lowering my body fat to 25%. Well, I didn't monitor it and just kept doing what I do (strength training, calorie deficit and then into maintenance/re-composition), and I measured it last week - I exceeded my goal! I'm even lower than that now and my ab muscles are showing even when I stand relaxed. I'm lean all around now!19

Mini mini goal is my work shirt to fit better. It fastens but doesn’t look great.
My goal for end of June is to get my type 1 diabetes hba1c below 7%.5 -
My mini goal is to lose 30lbs for my trip to Florida at the end of March. Another 50 to go after that--at least!1

Mini Goal: learn to keep track of my rolling average weight instead of whatever bloated situation I happen to be on a given morning. On a more concrete level, my rolling average is now 99,5kg and there’s two weeks before Christmas, so I’d like to see the rolling average start with a 98 and preferably on the lower half, so below 98,5kg.
Didn’t happen, but the main thing is I still lost weight. My rolling average went from 99.5 to 99.2, so just over half a pound lost over the holidays and the weeks leading up. Getting my rolling average below 98.5kg is still my next goal, I even set it up as a milestone on my Happy Scacle app.
DONE! Rolling average today is 98.4kg.
Next mini goals:
- the next Happy Scale milestone at 97.4kg
- increasing my running speed to 8.0kph and stamina to where I can comfortably run on the treadmill for 20 minutes
- Find a new frozen berry product or combination to use in afternoon snacks after my old favourite was discontinued7 -

Just signed up for a 10k in my hometown at the end of March. My dad and sister are doing it, as are a few friends (and about half the town).
As I don’t live there anymore I want to surprise a few people who won’t have seen me for several months.
Aiming for a sub-60 minute time, got quite a few minutes to knock off yet 😂6 -
I'm exhausted to the point of crying from lack of sleep this morning, and my son shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon, so my mini goal is to have some self control, still do a workout later and not take the easy way out and live off sugar today.13

My very short term goals are to hit my numbers every day on food, and to get the weight I have to lose below 100 pounds. (Currently at 113 pounds to lose.)11

Cardio 3x/week including at least 1 day swimming. I walk a lot of steps but need to get heart rate up. Also yoga 3x/week5

I'm running my first 5K in May, so mini goal is to train 3x per week. I've been doing a lot of strength training, so there is still so much cardio I need to do to prepare. I got this!!6

This morning my weight was 150. Yay! Next mini-goal is to see a weight that begins with 14_.11

To hit 210. Currently 235 from 260. Doing Mud Run with friends in June. I also get to get my first and only tattoo at 210.6

After a frustrating plateau after the holidays, I've had a nice whoosh. Now less than a lb to lose before I leave obesity behind me and become 'simply' overweight. I think I'll buy myself a fancy new activity tracker as a reward when I get there.20

Mini goal: Size down in jeans from a 20 to an 18. The 20's are looseish in the thigh and beginning to not quite fit so close as usual in hips, thigh, and rear, but I'm nowhere near them being too loose to wear. Am thinking of getting a pair of 18s for purposes of checking the progress in a week or two.
Also, to get to only 100 pounds overweight, or to take that number down into double digits. I'm close, I'm at 103!14 -

I have a friend who is doing a local fashion show in March. She wants me as one of her models so that she can show “all body types”. She says it’s because I’m “athletic”. I think she was just too nice to say overweight. So by March I want to actually be fit & athletic vs fat and athletic 😄17

I have two right now. I would like to be 200 pounds by Feb 1st (206 now) and a 225 bench press by Feb 15 (210 now).10
