Sorry I've been AWOL. The work situation that had been causing me so much stress the past 2 weeks has finally been relieved, and I'm so happy! I really love my job...in fact, yesterday I had my 30-year work anniversary. I can't believe that I have not had any LNS during that time. My motivation was not wanting to lose my streak.4 -

I know it is inevitable to have obstacles that will cause LNS for me. So I am setting my goals realistically this month as to not beat myself up.
Allowing 1-2 days per week / 4-8 days per month for LNS.๐2 -
