01/10 126.6 Hmmm, better. I haven't been super disciplined with sugar lately (ridiculously, my snack and dessert has been Lucky Charms!), but I'm still logging my food, so calories are in check. On cold mornings, does anyone else find it tougher to strip out of warm pajamas and get on the scale? That's my pathetic excuse for not weighing in sometimes- I'm cold!
01/11 129.9 Yesterday, I had 1246 calories, 52 grams of protein, and 43 grams of fat. I did not gain 3.3 lbs overnight. So glad blips in the scale don't freak me out like they used to, thanks to this group! Imagine, you weigh in one day a week and you're up 3+ lbs, you might think you've failed your weight loss goals for that week, when the day before/after would tell a different story. Weighing in every day is so much better!

01/13 127.4 I missed a day, RIGHT after I was talking about how important it is to wait and every day (I was freezing again and couldn't stand the thought of stripping down in my cold bathroom!). All right, I'll amend My previous statement:. Weigh often! Don't miss too many days if you can help it. I'm only working on the last 3 to 5 pounds and have pretty much been in maintenance for a month or so, just slightly heavier than I would prefer as a result of this daily strategy which I found through this group.

08 jan: 86.9 kg; worked hard cleaning out the rest of the garage, walked the dog for about an hour and a half in total and ate well.
09 jan: 86.8 kg; Yesterday a pallet of firewood we bought was delivered to my house. It was too high to enter the (now cleaned) garage.... so I went up en down the 2-step stairs taking off 2 layers of wood, put it in the garage, then cut a piece of the top of the pallet, my husband drove it in the garage, and I ended up going up and down the stairs again putting all the woodblocks back on top of the other ones. I tought that was enough workout for the day..... Stayed in kcalgoal and walked the dog for an hour and a half of course.
10 jan: 86.5 kg; Strong Curves week 2 workout 2 🏋️♀️ done in stead of yesterday. Walked a bit less than I had planned, since the dog was under the weather, but still managed to have over 10.000 steps 👣.
11 jan: 86.2 kg; Strong Curves week 2 workout 3 🏋️♀️ completed, going to enjoy the weekend!
12 jan: 85.8 kg; Had a lovely relaxed day. Today is the last day that the dog and kids are in the house. Next week Sunday evening they will be back again (co-parenting). Trying to walk as much as I can on my own this week, before I start working again on thursday.
13 jan: 85.7 kg: It was a lazy Sunday, just walked an hour and a half.
14 jan: 85.7 kg; Yesterday I saw somewhere on the forum a discussion where pop-tart was mentioned. I realy like them, but they are not widely avaliable here in the Netherlands. So I took my 🚴♀️, biked 15 miles to get a single package in the house. After luch I finished workout 1 week 3 Strong Curves, made a cup of tea and heated the well earned pop-tart 😍.
15 jan: 85.6 kg; Walked for an hour to get me some daycream on sale.... ate 190 kcal above schedule and kept myself busy planning a holiday in November in Mexico and Belize.

I’ve started some good healthy habits in Round 100- looking forward to continuing these for the next 10 days. Didn’t lose the amount of weight I wanted to in the last round, but did weigh in at 216 a few days ago. Looking for a ‘mini whoosh’ this 10 days to get me losing some lb!!! Aim is to go to the gym 8 times in the 10 days, always stay under my calorie goal and eat my dinners a bit earlier (not currently eating until after 8pm).

1/8 - 216.0 lb (-1.2lb) A great start to the 10 days. Came in just below the daily calories allowance. Missed the gym due to football coaching going on too long. Today I plan to do some cardio at the gym, stick to my calories and avoid any treats on the staff room table.
1/9 -216.6lb- not bothered about the slight weight gain, however; disappointed in myself that I missed a gym session (I could have found time) and are a couple of biscuits from the staff room. Other than that stuck to my calories/ more water needed today- this really is my Achilles heel! Early finish at work today so gym around lunchtime for a heavy leg session. First time at the pub for a month tonight since I became AF a month ago. Lime and soda all the way- never want to go back to what I was!!!
1/10 - 215.4lb (-1.2lb). A good loss yesterday after a few days of no movement. Went to the pub last night and drank AF Becks. Didn’t miss ‘normal’ beer in the slightest, even if the becks didn’t taste that amazing. Ate 200 cals over my allowance, but did gain back lots of exercise calories through the gym and a very active football session. Aim for today is to stay under the calorie goal, go to the gym and drink 2.5l of water.
1/11 - 215.8lb (+.4lb) Wasn’t really feeling it yesterday! Only packed a very small lunch which meant I consumed far too much food after work. Hummous and breadstick binge 🙄. Drank lots of water but didn’t make the gym due to my girlfriend not feeling great (She’s 38 weeks pregnant)
Back to the gym today, do some cardio, deadlifts and some isolation activities. Aim is to be in the 214s by Monday.
1/12 - 215.8lb . Another day of feeling quite groggy. No gym yesterday, must be in the ‘nesting phase’ as all I seem to want to do is clean. Made the most amazing beef and celeriac stew last night, limited my portion and only had a small amount of potato. I WILL go to the gym today- no excuses. Light day planned today.
1/13 - 215.8lb. Ate very healthily today and drank quite a bit of water. Back to work today which always presents its problems with regards to fluid intake. Can never seem to get enough in. Might need to re-assess my 10 day goal. I think, because I’ve got a lot of weight to lose (42 pound) that it would come off quickly. Need to be more realistic and happy to lose 1.5lb a week.
1/14 - 215.2 (-0.6lb) Drank a bit more water than usual, although still need to drink more. Under my calorie goal, and ate a very healthy dinner. Food is all logged in advance for today- just got to stick to it.
1/15 - 214.0 (-1.2lb) Happy with that after a few days of same (ish) weight. Stuck to all my calorie goals yesterday. More of the same today- must continue to up my water intake. Managed to get 1.5 l yesterday, will
make sure I have 2l.

I need to get some veggies in, I haven't been shopping in nearly a week and my fridge is about empty, it'll help make some better choices! Today is another easy day, I'm hoping the weather will improve enough to be able to go for a walk during my lunch break.
01/10 154.6 (+1.0),1228 cal, 10.410 steps. TOM so no surprise there and I ate a late dinner which contributed to that gain (normally I don't eat after 6pm). I expect it to drop at the end of the TOM. Yesterday was a good day in the end, I walked home in the evening to get some steps in. Migraines are back so they've upped the medication dosage, but as it's all stress related so I'm not sure that's the best way to treat it. I've booked a week in Tunisia for Easter where I plan to do nothing but read and chill

01/13 152.2 (-0.8) 1216 cal, 9500 steps + gym. My lowest weight so far! Yesterday was a god day, healthy food and 1h at the gym doing cardio and elliptical. I found some old jeans and surprisingly not only did they fit but they're even a little big so that's a win I'm very happy with. Today I've planned an easy day, I might walk home from work this evening if the weather stays reasonable.

I'm happy to see this number two days in a row, I'm hoping it'll be my go to weight after staying in the 154.x for so long. With my daughter away and no junk food (actually hardly any food) at home it's so much easier to stay on track
I'm also taking the time to do a big clean at home, so I've not been to the gym as much as I planned.
01/15 150.8 (-1.4) 1266 cal, 7412 steps. Big drop there but I don't expect it to stay there. Yesterday I skipped dinner as I made the typical mistake of eating a snack mid-afternoon without checking the calories before, I had no idea candied ginger would be 600 cal
Although with that woosh maybe I should do it more often Also I think I'm coming down with something, a head cold or such, I woke up feeling quite unwell

Smells of cooking delicious foods - free in calories and cost! I particularly think this and savour the smell of chips & vinegar when I'm walking past a chip shop, I can't tolerate chip shop chips anymore after 10 years od controlling gall stones with a very very low fat diet even though I've now had them & my gall bladder removed, my stomach still violently objects to high fat content foods. So that smell is to be savoured - and I'll say it again it is free on both counts!!!7 -

Today is a regular eating day. It's morning and I have a feeling that I won't be having any problems this time to eat more:-)
01/10 81,9 kg* Food and calories were all good yesterday. Had a trigger directly after the second meal. When it feels like nothing is going to satisfy you..., probably because of hormones. ACV and green tea helped a bit. Only planned on a short walk, maybe 10 minutes and ended up doing 60 minutes:). Don't know if I wish TOM would be there already, then I get rid of the water retentions (well, that's the only pro...). Plan for today: Fast-day, maybe I make it to 24hrs. 5 more hrs to go:)
01/11 80.7 kg Nice! That's about the weight I had before Christmas. Tried MCT oil, only to learn that mine was made from Palm sth and is not good. So back to coconut oil. Why is that, that I mostly end up throwing away the fancy stuff and in the end stick to my natural foods:-)) I never learn. Should stop watching videos of men with big arm muscles and all the fancy products they are promoting...And it didn't make me more awake when I was tired. Taking an iodine pill did the trick much better. tststs...Calories were good, I fasted for 22 hrs. Exercised only a little, was tired. Which was to be expected - hormones (or rather lack of it shortly before TOM).
01/12 80,2 kg Went for a short walk, it was eating-day, was in calories. Two bigger meals were enough. So my next meal will probably tomorrow around 1pm. Noticed that my favourite ring fits comfortly, even after walking when fingers are thicker. Half a month ago it wouldn't fit at all.
01/13 80,2 kg* Went for a longer walk and hit last weeks's exercise goal:) fasted for 24 hrs. I like the way that I feel in a fasted state. Everything feels a bit calmer and slower - but in a good way. Today TOM is hitting strong.
01/14 80,1 kg Stuck to the plan. I start getting used to the IF and I really like it. Fasting seems to be getting easier by the day. My body responds well to the keto/IF regime. I am waiting for less weight loss though, don't think it will continue forever like this;)

Back to life! Back to reality!
Last yearMy goal was to get down below 160, to allow me to enjoy the indulgences of holidays and celebrations.I need this more than ever now that I am in maintenance! I might even manage to lose a bit more ever so slowly.
This year, I exceeded that and have been below 150 for most of the last 2 months.
Last year, I put on 10 lbs over the last 2 months of the year.
This year, I have consistently lost weight since the end of July. I have put on about 4lbs over the Christmas break, but am still below my original 2019 goal.
That's a WIN in my book!

REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.Stick with the process. It DOES work! But it does take time, effort, and most of all, patience!- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

Starting weight on 01/07: 190.2 (finishing my period so some of it should be water weight)
1/08: 190.2 Mostly stayed within my macros but ate 100 more than my cutting calories. Not feeling bad about it as I ate 32g more of protein and I had skipped dinner yesterday. Didn’t workout today as Wednesday’s are rest days for me.
1/09: 191.0 Weight was a bit up today but I’m not surprised because dinner was high in sodium. I was up by 5AM today and at the gym working bench/arms today. I had chocolate cake at work but stayed under calories today.
1/10: 188.0 down three pounds from yesterday for staying within my macros! I couldn’t go to the gym today but I’ll try to go tomorrow morning. Unfortunately went over my calories, about 300, for running errands on an empty stomach.
1/11: 189.4 worked out in the morning, legs/hamstrings/glutes day. Skipped breakfast, went to chili’s and made healthy choices and a dinner party. On days where I don’t have much control over foods, I choose to skip breakfast.
1/12: 187.6 woke up very dehydrated. Rest day. Meal peeped, cleaned, and rested. Down 3.4 lbs since my highest this week!
1/13: 189.8 ugh, lots of carbs and sodium yesterday as I recovered from a difficult weekend. Stayed under my calories and macros today and excited for the gym tomorrow morning.

01/08 - 146.5 - Good start to the round. The boss is taking us to lunch at an Italian restaurant today, so I'll check the menu before we go to see the best options.
01/09 - 146.5 - I'm glad to see the sodium didn't bump me up today. I have to have an ingrown toenail removed and the nailbed sealed today, so that will probably limit the amount of steps I have over the next couple days. I'm planning to use our old exercise bike and rowing machine more than I usually do to make up for the lack of movement.
01/10 - 147 - This bump up could be due to a number of things. I hate going into the weekend at a higher weight, but this should just make me pay more attention to what I'm eating. Happy Friday!

01/13 - 146.5 - I had a crazy weekend. We had a bad windstorm Saturday night that resulted in a lot of damage to our 100 foot pine trees lining our back yard. We spent yesterday cleaning up the branches, patching part of the fence, and contracting with a landscaper to take out a damaged tree before it falls over. The good news is that I did not stress eat and I did get in a lot of exercise!
01/14 - 146.5 - My toe was bothering me yesterday due to the activity on Sunday, so I hopped on our exercise bike and pedaled for about a half hour last night.
01/15 - 147 - There is no reason for the bump, other than I had a lean pocket for lunch yesterday. I was within calories so I'll just be drinking extra water today to take care of the extra sodium and carbs. I also have a healthier lunch packed today.

01/15 - 149.7 - Thanks everyone for the well wishes!! I was finally able to keep food down at about 7pm last night. I ended up making some ramen (without seasoning packet) because I felt kind of hungry (I didn't have anything else bland I could make). Stomach still achy, but not nauseous. Have a pretty nasty headache, I'm assuming from dehydration and messed up sleep. Going to push water today and try to get some food in me. I expect more of a bounce and I'm okay with that. I may or may not post tomorrow. I'm waking up early to start my 11 hour drive towing BF's motorcycle down to him and I don't know if I'll have a chance to post. I will do my best! If I weigh in tomorrow, it will be my last one until the 21st (next round) so either today or tomorrow will be my EW for this round.

Previous Day's Comments01/08 - And this is what not eating (or drinking) due to nerves looks like. False low! I had a few cashews to break my fast before lunch (in meeting and started getting nauseous) and ended up not having lunch at all because I got distracted/busy and found out I had a job interview coming up later in the evening. I also found out the company wanting to interview me (as the job posting was through a recruiter and company was not revealed until interview) so I had to try to focus on work knowing I had limited time to research the company once I was home. I got asked if I could fly down to Austin for an in-person interview immediately, though! So after that I did my Yoga with Adriene HOME practice (I've heard about the ab day 6 and figured it best to wait to eat until after) and finally was hungry enough to eat. Today should be better and I expect a jump up tomorrow/remainder of the round since I've managed to only eat dinner these last two days (which is great if I were fasting, but I had cashews as a snack so not in a fully fasted state and I did not eat my allotted calories during dinner to make up for it). Side note: I'M EXHAUSTED. For some reason I've been struggling to sleep and when I finally do manage to fall into deep sleep, its right around when my alarm goes off. Its now day 4 of this... Instant migraine this morning, shouldn't have complained about the headache yesterday morning. Its my Friday so I can sleep a little more tomorrow morning and hopefully feel refreshed and ready to go! Just needed to rant a little on that, I'm good. Probably caffeine withdrawals since I didn't have a drop of the stuff yesterday. Got me some ibuprofen and a small cup of black coffee and it seems to be helping quite a bit.
01/09 - Much better!! I ate appropriately calorie-wise yesterday (had more than one meal finally) and didn't hit my water goal, but doubled what I was drinking before so I'll take it! This is a much more accurate number than the last couple days. I'm happy it is still lower, but 151.x made me a little uneasy. Even 152.x didn't make me feel like I should've while knowing why I was so low (not treating my body well, even if not intentional). Off work tomorrow but taking car in to get serviced so not quite sure what will be on the menu (depends on how long service takes, I suppose - appointment is at 10 and its 30 minutes from home so it'll be time for me to break my fast pretty soon after). I need to save money for my impromptu trip to Texas over MLK day though. I did not budget for any of that so I'll likely just take a snack in case its a long appt and eat at home after to save..
01/10 - Guess I'm going to bounce here. It is a much more comfortable 152.x than before (when I was practically starving myself. Its an ice storm outside, really nasty today. Got the oil changed and suspension inspected then booked it home before it got worse. Turns out my car has to be fixed and I'm going to Texas a little early. Oh boy. There's a job fair for RecruitMilitary on Friday so I'm driving down Thursday instead of Saturday. I might as well go to the job fair while I'm already driving down there for the interview, right? I'm staying with BF so its not like it'll cost me any extra for a hotel or anything. While I'm gone, my car is in desperate need (like not really safe to drive kinda need) of struts and front brakes. So it will be dropped off and more money on the credit card since I still don't know what I'm going to be paid for the rest of this month and my bills come out of my checking on autopay. No overdraft for me! It'll get worked out soon, though, as I'm budgeting like crazy where I can and hopefully have it paid off come the end of February. Then its back to the loan and the other 2 credit cards that don't look so pretty... I'm a mess but I'm doing Dave Ramsey's baby steps to get back on track like I was about a year and a half ago before I retired. At least this card earns airline miles for my pending 2021 vacation and it'll be THAT much less I need to save for vacation once debt is paid off.
01/11 - Okay with this, a little water retention from lack of water. Ice storm yesterday and was out in it so didn't stop to get more water as I tried to beat the worst of it home. Still nasty out but staying home today. Ice has turned to snow but looks like it should be done by noon. Going to be almost 40 tomorrow so hopefully it'll melt all the icky away.
01/12 - I honestly don't remember my weight... It was an odd number in the low 152 range (152.1 or 152.2 I think, but not 100% sure). I had to step on the scale twice to be sure. Oh well. My fault for not posting soon enough as I got busy helping babysit. Tomorrow I will weigh in. Everything is set and scheduled for my trip to Texas Thursday. Just have to get the trailer and get it loaded on Wednesday after work but I have someone coming to help with that. Then have someone helping me drop off my car after trailer is loaded so it can get fixed while I'm gone. So much money all in one weekend I want to cry. But it'll help in the long run. Just have to focus on setting aside enough for my big move and throw the rest at debt until its gone. Started packing non-essential stuff, mainly kitchen-focused (things that are nice to have but I can do without. Especially since its just me, not the entire family so no extravagance needed with cooking). Figured if I can get a better assessment of what I have and will need when I move, I may be able to purge some more stuff and get a smaller truck which is much cheaper.
01/13 - So my guess-timate for yesterday was probably more right than wrong given this weight. Got meals prepped for this short week. May need to stop and get some snack stuff for my drive down to Texas Thursday so I don't have to stop as much or deal with gas station/fast food which will make my tummy unhappy. Didn't really stop on my last drive back home so I image a peanut butter sandwich and a couple small snacks may be enough. I have water to take with me as well. Didn't do YWA HOME Saturday so did 2 practices yesterday to catch up. I realized I'm going to be missing 5 days of it so when I get back I have 5 days of catch up and must do 2 a day (I know I don't have to, but mentally it'll be better for me)
01/14 - Food poisoning at dinner. Been up all night with all the TMI that goes with it. Laying down makes me nauseous and run for the toilet and drinking any liquids (pedialyte, water, ginger ale) make me run to the toilet as well. Managed a 20 minute nap somehow. I'm so tired and thirsty but both are going to bring back all that TMI I've managed to keep away for the last 2 hours (and it wasn't easy by any means).

01/08: 205.6 Yes! Down a full pound already! I had a great day, I am proud to admit out loud! Not only because I stayed under my calorie deficit, but because I actually had to eat more to make sure I came close to hitting the needed calories (good calorie choices, too). I am eager to continue good habits today.
01/09: 204.0 Increased my water intake during my period and watched my sodium intake; two problems I have struggled with in my weight loss efforts. I was always afraid I’d drank too much water, but it looks like I have been dehydrated during my period, as my doctor suggested.

01/11: 203.8 Not too happy with the way I snacked between meals yesterday.
01/12: 204.0 It snowed, so I neglected my walking routine. Looks like I will just have to brave the cold!

01/08: 284.6 lbs (-0.4) … down a little. Staying within budget (or very close, and still within budget when considering exercise) for the past several days. Hopefully I’ll see a bigger drop in the near future. I was too tired to go to the gym this morning before work, but I went yesterday so today would have just been a “bonus” day.
01/09: 286.8 lbs (+2.2) … late dinner the night before and was a bit more snacky than I should have been in the evening. Got in a strength training session after work. I had thought to do some cardio afterward, but my legs were too tired (right calf muscle was spasming when I tried running).
01/10: 284.9 lbs (-1.9) … partial recovery from yesterday’s uptick. Was exhausted this morning and skipped a planned trip to the gym this morning to run. Hopefully I can find the motivation to do it this evening instead (nope, didn’t happen).
01/11: 285.1 lbs (+0.2) … up a tiny bit, but that’s fine. I’ve had a good day today so far, getting in both a strength session and a cardio session at the gym. With only 750 calories in at 3pm and feeling full still, this should be a lighter day calorie-wise.
01/12: 285.9 lbs (+0.8)
01/13: DNW. Got in a strength training session at the gym.
01/14: 286.9 lbs (+1.0) … ate fairly light yesterday, so hopefully I’ll see a drop again tomorrow. I was sore as heck yesterday from the gym on Saturday so maybe it’s water retention. Feeling much better today thankfully.

1/10: 280.8 (+.2 oz) ( increase) did some extra walking yesterday. Still having problems with retaining water. Which I'm a little worried might make me show an increase in weight. Which is what happens sometimes, but the water will go away and than show the true weight loss. Might not happen this round. My legs are really swollen.
1/11: 278.6 (-2.2 ) I'm very happy that the water I've been retaining is finally starting to come off.
1/12: 282.8 (+4.2) Yes, I've gained. Doctor put me on a medication and it does cause you to retain water. Untill my body gets used to it and then I'll start losing all the water and keep it off. Wish it would happen sooner than later. 😩

1/13: 281.4 (-1.4 lb) loss from last week. Hopefully the water is finally coming off and will continue to and stay off. My goal for this round was 2 to 3 lbs loss. I've lost (-2.4 lbs) from start weight.(mostly water weight) Hoping to lose 1 or 2 lbs of real weight, once water is finished coming off. Hopefully before R101 is over in 4 days.
1/14: 281.4 (-0.0) No oh well. 😩 I'll Keep at it and stay positive. 😃

@musicsax Thank you for telling me about how you savour the smells. And, how it is free to enjoy those wonderful smells. I will try to remember that! In fact, how fortunate that I do have a good sense of smell...there are some who have lost their sense of smell, and can't smell anything. I hope that I remember this the next time I start to have those dark thoughts (temptations) from wonderful smelling food.
I am starting to really love this group due to responses and posts like yours. What a great hint! I need to change my thinking... I'll let you know if that works next time I am tempted from smells. It won't be long, I'm sure...........

01/10 164.4 lbs I usually allow myself 1200 to 1500 calorie window but have been noticing that I am not loosing if I go over 1200. I might have to reset my calorie goals. I have been walking 2 to 3 miles each day in the house, below zero and crazy wind outside and doing a 20 to 30 minute workout. Someone just introduced me to Fiton workouts and love all the choices. No worries I will get this figured out. I want back in the 163"s.

1/08: 148.9 - first weigh in since 12/21. Better than I expected after eating and drinking whatever I wanted for 2 weeks. It was worth it but need to batten down the hatches for 2020. Did a circuit training class and went for a run and it felt good. I will be sore
1/09: 148.8 - Had my Body Fat % measured at the gym via a DXA scan. I now have some data to work with to get stronger and lose the fat. And I need to eat more protein.
1/10: 148.8 ( same ) Never understand how my scale measures the same weight. Don't know if I trust it tbh. Had a good run. But still enjoying the wine at night. That has to stop - empty calories
1/11: 149.8 (+1 lb ) Weighed after my protein drink and coffee so who knows. Heading to the gym for some weights and cardio.
1/12: 149.6 (-.2) Pre-run. Ran 6 miles today - felt ok. Ate a big breakfast so need to be watchful the rest of the day and get some veggies in me and lots of water. Hoping for a great week ahead of motivation
1/13: 149.8 (+.2) One word……Pancake! Going to focus on water and eating some extra veggies. I am sore today so the walk helped. Also need to get back into abstaining mode for a while re alcohol. Just a derailing habit for me.
1/14: 149.8 – (same) I think its weird that I can weigh in the same day after day. What are the chances? Keep thinking that my scale is not right but then I added an 8 pound dumbbell and low and behold, my scale said 157.8 so it appears to be accurate. I will just go with it. Numbers are funny that way. Another day another chance to move and feed my body in a healthy way.
1/15: 147.6 (-2.2) Ate pretty well yesterday and left quite a bit in the bank. Drank lots of water. Met with trainer to go over strength circuit to kick some of my own butt. Dunno tbh. Just gotta keep on keepin on…..logging, moving, eating well, no alcohol. My 15 year old pup is killing my sleep vibes. She is slowly losing it...vision, hearing, acting really strange and last night, was panting and anxious all night long. Pain maybe? doggy dementia? Aging sucks whether your human or dog.

1/10 - 172.4 It worked. Got back to plan and the weight (water) dropped off. Facing the challenge of the weekend with determination.

The struggle continues and I know I'll succeed.
