    Don't know who disagreed when I gave a point to LNS for a late dinner (no snacking), but this will make me give myself the point for last night, when I came home late and just had some home-marinated mushroom (yummy, but low-cal).     @erjones11 yep, chocolate seems to be your nemesis for LNS, it is probably on the same team as my cheese and cookie nemesis, but we are winning!

    Ate 1/2 Oz of cheese before bed 😠.

    The good news is that in the past I would have binged on ounces and ounces, so happy I just had a nibble.

    wow—so need this. Got blood work back & stepped on the scale this week—I’m moving in the wrong direction. I keep pretzel rods by my bed for crunch & salt cravings. Anything more than/other than 2 is LNS winning.
