Been wanted to lose weight but gave up multiple times

This year, I want to lose weight. I have been trying a couple months now and I am determined to do it this year.

    What happened that made you give up? Got distracted? Diet too strict? Too complicated and stressful? Wanted things you couldn't have on your diet? Lost interest? Life got in the way?

    Troubleshooting your past attempts gives you a better chance for success this time around!

    Don't restrict foods, I just ate one cookie. Treats are fine, it makes it more sustainable. Have restarted several times to. Now determined to keep going forward and succeed!
