Your progress is fantastic! You'll make that next stone, even if it takes a while!
Building data is my goal: I've stopped tracking whatever (weight, intake, exercise) too early to be able to build an accurate picture. I want to know what I'm working from.3 -
I finally dipped into the 140's this weekend. If I can lose five more pounds in five weeks (before a major trip in late February) I will have lost 20% of my body weight.11

My current goal is to get out of the 300's I can't remember a time in my life when I haven't seen that number on a scale. I am 345 now. Down from 391. Hopefully, I have found a plan of a little everything that will continue to help me lose weight.27

I just reached my first goal weight of 145 lbs (15 lbs lost).
My mini goal is to reach 138 lbs - the weight I was when I met my fiancé 4.5 years ago10 -
I'm 11lbs above my first goal- which is to bring myself down into the "overweight" category. It feels big enough that I need to be serious about tackling it, but also manageable enough that I know I'll get there in the next couple months.9

I have about 2.5 lbs till I am 155 which will make me eligible to talk to a recruiter about commissioning into the air national guard as an officer. Goal is to make it before the end of Jan!12

yes I hit 155 one time, never to see again. I want to just get back to what I was before Xmas, up 3 lbs but up 6 lbs from my lowest. I will be happy with the 3 lb lost. Hope to be there by the end of January!8

After a frustrating plateau after the holidays, I've had a nice whoosh. Now less than a lb to lose before I leave obesity behind me and become 'simply' overweight. I think I'll buy myself a fancy new activity tracker as a reward when I get there.
Today is the day, finally a BMI under 30!
I think I've settled on a Garmin Vivoactive 4. Expensive but my health is worth it
Next mini-goal: drop another 2,5kg and get under 80kg!12 -

I recently bit the bullet and invested in a VA4 myself. Still figuring out some of the stuff, but overall, I feel it was a solid investment. I hope you enjoy yours!3 -
Holiday in June want to be a couple sizes smaller by then, sisters wedding next year is big goal5

I was recently hospitalized in ICU with a carotid artery dissection/tear and have been told to take things slow and to eat healthily. This greatly motivates me every day now! I want a long, happy, healthy life.17

mini goal is to do 10 pull ups in a row, then on to 20. I made it to 7 very slow concentrated pull ups today with my chin way over the bar....not bad since I could barely do 1 a few months back. These were neutral grip which really concentrates on the bicep along with core. I can do about 5 overhand grip pull ups.6

Mini goal is to hit 175.4 so I can have ten pounds lost.
Started Jan 3rd at 185.4 but my highest weight was 225

I have been trying to lose 5 lbs since last summer,but I have gained 5 lbs. So just want to get the 5 lbs off, hope to get it off February.5

Spring break vacation to Florida

Just finally (a month later than hoped for) broke into what I call vanilla obesity (the last 5 points before overweight). Such a relief to meet this marker.
Next goal: Overweight BMI. I know it's not the greatest marker overall, but it's something. About 27 pounds to go.18 -
I have a few:
1. to be able to keep up with my boys(have 3)
2. Getting a BA and BL in August/ Sept.
3.Hoping my husband will work on his health as well.6 -
Getting over mono, aka working my fitness back up so I can improve.
Running a 15k in April, longest race distance yet! (And training, to think of it...)
And finally getting under 200 damn pounds!11 -
I’m aiming for the ‘kick off the new year’ badge on my Apple Watch. I should be able to achieve it today.8

I set 3 mini goals to keep me going.
I'm 202 lbs. @ 23% body fat. My first goal is to be low 190's @<18% BF by my anniversary at the end of February.
I signed up for a half marathon at the end of March. My second goal is to finish in <2.5 hours.
My third goal is to be in the180's with a six pack by my Bermuda trip in mid June.7 -
Fit for my 30th (which is a year away but it's the goal)
Mini one is to feel a bit sexier for valentines day
And I've got a hot tub lodge weekend booked in April with some friends and would like to feel a bit better in myself for that6 -
I’m going to Egypt with my boyfriend in May, and I want to feel comfortable by the pool and beach. I want my old summer clothes to fit so I don’t have to buy more.10

Well, I hit my first mini-goal, which was sizing down in pants.
So the next one is, well, the next size down in pants.16 -
Bought a new scale that incorporates body fat but alas I’m still over the weight limit.... striving for that goal!!!12

I'm 5 lbs away from losing 100 lbs, my ultimate goal. I started WLJ April 2019.25

I have gone from 180 lbs on June 2019 to 154 lbs currently. So from 12 stone 9.5 to hoovering in 11 stone. My mini goal is to break into the 10 stone category, it’s been soo hard as I’ve got closer to goal weight of 150lbs. I just can’t seem to do it but I will keep trying!!!!!8
