I finally did it. I got myself on my treadmill and walked for 45 minutes burning 230 calories today. Not a lot, but I think it's a start.0

On the treadmill again today 45 min = -245 calories.0

3rd day in a row for the treadmill. 60 minutes = -352 calories. Tomorrow off as I will be out of town, but hopefully back on Tuesday.0
