When to weight in for calorie deficit

I had a question when do you guys weight in so your calorie deficit will change so you can still lose weight

    I'm not sure I understand the question? But I weigh in once a week, same day/time every week.

    I weigh myself daily and enter this info into MFP daily. But if you're talking about the MFP weight loss settings: those don't update automatically for me. I reconfirm my settings and current weight every months (2 or 3 lbs weight loss) to update my calorie goal.
