Motivation needed for getting over the plateau

SW:240 lbs 01/01/2020
CW: 231 lbs
Target goal 1 lb per week
Final goal target: 185lbs
I’ve previously had success losing close to 87 pounds over 18–24 months then gradually over the course of 8 years I regained approximately 50-60lbs. Currently doing a mix of cardio and weights approximately 5 times per week and boxing (non-combat) 3-4 times per week.
I’ve recognized my food intake mainly the nutritional categories is a major barrier to seeing more consistent changes in weight loss!
Therefore I’m taking control of my life and joining this group to motivate others and gain inspiration from others also!
