    Ok, do it for I.F.

That’s ok and the right thing to do if seeing ex will cause a disruption to your friends party.

So........I’m going to town shortly to get some bits I need for repair work. As it’s Tuesday, kfc has a deal on for 9 pieces of chicken bucket for £6 and I normally get 3 buckets plus 8 hotwings so will get that today while out.
Is it ok to get a McDonald’s in town before going to kfc for all that chicken?

LOL well if you're that hungry and don't do this often I guess it's ok
Telling someone you've just met who is going in for a hug "oh sorry, I'm not really a hugger"

Ok, totally implementing healthy boundaries and they need to respect it.

Asking someone if they could hug you and then before you could say no thanks, they did and their clothes were damp with perspiration. Yep - slimed!

Ok, especially since you’re paying for it.

Leaving your 5 year old in the car alone while you run into a store for a “sec” if you can see them from the store window...

As long as the smell of the nail polish isn’t totally over powering, I think it’s ok...

If I was a parent, I think I wouldn't let this be 'allowed'...no tech at the dinner table - they should be conversing with everyone else.

    Ok

You’ve checked in for your radiology appointment and told to get dressed in the provided gown. You wait 5 minutes. You then start to wander the halls looking for god knows who or what instead of waiting for them to come get you.

Not ok- your doctor is the one person you need to be totally honest with

    Not ok

Not answering your phone when your annoying friend calls

Ok. I never have the volume up on my phone so I don’t even notice someone has called unless I’m holding phone. Unexpected/unwanted calls seem too demanding on my attention.

Ok to tell friends your sick just because you don’t want to meet them?

Not ok- if you ever get caught in a lie your friend might not ever trust you again. Better to say you're busy or just not in the mood to go out
Telling your 24 year old daughter the purple stripe she's added to her hair is not professional
