A good morning begins the night before. I lay out my workout clothes, so when I go into my closet to get dressed, it's all right there, and I make a thermos of hot tea the night before, so it's ready when I get up. And then I can say, "Well, I'm already dressed, I might as well go work out." And that's that much.2
