Working out is great for your health but not the best strategy for weight loss. Diet is the most important thing to focus on if you're trying to lose weight (which I presume you are from your post), are you accurately logging your food intake?
Also you're not going to see huge changes in 12 days, progress takes time.

After having weight loss surgery, my dietician told me “ You can’t out-exercise a bad diet.”. I’d suggest getting a food scale, weigh everything. Keep track of calories, carbs, fat grams, and protein. Also log everything you eat or drink (including vitamins and any other supplements) into your MFP food diary. You’ll start seeing results along with the exercise. 🙂1

You can't just exercise and expect to be thin in 12 days😬. You need a calorie deficit for that.0
