I've been working out for 12 days

I need some work out friends. I already feel smaller but not seeing much yet.

    After having weight loss surgery, my dietician told me “ You can’t out-exercise a bad diet.”. I’d suggest getting a food scale, weigh everything. Keep track of calories, carbs, fat grams, and protein. Also log everything you eat or drink (including vitamins and any other supplements) into your MFP food diary. You’ll start seeing results along with the exercise. 🙂

    You can't just exercise and expect to be thin in 12 days😬. You need a calorie deficit for that.
