    I have experienced migraines for as long as I can remember. They're not as debilitating as others attest to having, but I certainly can't work while I have them.

    However, since cutting processed sugar and grain from diet, as well as incorporating intermittent fasting (and even up to 72 hrs of water fasting), I haven't had one! I don't know if this will last forever, but I'm super grateful. Passing along the info in case it's helpful.

    Hello everyone! So glad I found this app and thread to inspire me and hopefully help inspire others on this journey. I need accountability. I was in my maintenance period for several years then....gained 40+lbs in a VERY short time.

    Hope y'all are seeing the results you were hoping for.
    Remember to not focus too much on the number you see on the scale, the scale doesn't tell you the full story. If you are exercising hard, lifting, playing sports, etc. you could be putting on muscle. It is best to use the scale in conjunction with a measuring tape. I do recommend a ribbon or cloth tape measure over a metal one. :smiley:
    Together the two tell a better story and you can even track it on your profile.
    I measure my waistline, neck, chest, biceps, forearms, thighs and calves. The main thing for most people to track are the neck and waist, the ladies may also want to measure their hips, as the hips don't lie. :lol:

    February 08 - 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.


    February 15 - 194.8 Experiments donโ€™t work when things keep getting in the way. Uggg. Valentineโ€™s day was wonderful and I appreciated all the surprises from my adult kids, but it didnโ€™t help my cause. Back at it today!
    February 22 - 195.0 My weight went up after travel this past week and some glucose issues, but is slowly working its way back down. At a snailโ€™s pace, but in the right direction.
