I saw this app on someone's IG that I follow. I've never known how to count calories. I'm hoping this will help. I know I need to cut a lot of things out of my diet or smaller portions and less snacks. Help!

    Yes snack on fruit, or celery, an carots. You also could make smoothie an add these things. With some organic protein powder. 300 an something calories. For lunch i usually do a chip dip, or tuna fish an avocado. I am throwing out ideas. I had high cholesterol an weighed 235 8 months ago. Dr told me high protein and fiber diet, so thats what i do.
