Great job! I am starting the 30DS today. My husband picked it up from the library for me. I wanted to give it shot before I went out and bought the video. I will definitely be taking pictures tonight. You can really tell a difference. Amazing work!0

I started 30DS barely knowing who Jillian Michaels was, now I can't imagine what I would have done without her kicking my butt and motivating me at the same time!!

I know this may sound weird, but what is 30 day shred?
30 day shred is a workout dvd by biggest loser trainer jillian michaels. its 27mins from start-finish which is great for a busy mom with 3 kids (ME). it has 3 level and each one is SUPPOSE to be done for 10 days but if you feel like you not ready to move on then u can stay on the level..I just finished day 9 level 2 and lost about 3 lbs but i believe alot of inches..didnt take measurments tho:( Back to the DVD..you will need 3 or 5lbs hand weights and a mat if working out on hard surface(cardio/strength training)!! to log on MFP as cardio circuit training general for 20 or 22mins!!0 -
I can definitely see the difference! Nice job, I'm on day 5 and I was finally able to do the whole thing without taking a 5 second break (as per Jillians instructions). Keep up the great work!!0

For those that have done it, do you need a good bit of space? Or is enough room to do a pushup good enough? You use dumbbells right?0 -
