How to record calories burned with Taebo??

Options
I just did some Taebo and I'm trying to figure out how to record it in my exercise log since it doesn't have that specifically. Does anybody know where to put it to get an accurate calorie burn?

If you want accurate then you need to invest in a heart rate monitor. Once I did I was shocked at how much MFP actually overestimates the calories burned.

Taebo is in there, you have to enter it as "Tae Bo" with the space between. I finally found it after a lot of looking! It's on my agenda today too!

Where would you get a heart rate monitor and how much do they usually run?

And thanks for helping me find it!

Hrm is the way to go. Otherwise I would do aerobics. True kickboxing always burned more for me than Taebo.

They have it in the list of cardio in MFP. Just search for "Tae Bo".

Thanks, I'll look into that. People keep telling me I need one and I think it's time to get it. :)

I totally agree! MFP overestimates like crazy! I use my HRM (polar FT4) to log my calories - I feel much better about those numbers versus the ones MFP calulates.
