    Goal every round is to get that average down by any number but seeing 145 would definitely make me do a happy dance (how many calories does that burn?)

    Merph518 - Thank you for you suggestion. I do have 54 more to loose. Hoping to loose another 20 in the next 10 weeks. I check in with my doctor every 2 weeks so for now I am doing fine knowing that as I lose the weight adjustments will be made. Again, I appreciate and thank you for your input.
