02/27 - 149.6 (-1.0) yeyyy back down, I think yesterday's gain was really a glitch to keep me on my toes for the end of the round lol Thank goodness we weight daily ! Today is a normal day, I've got my breakfast and lunch with me at the office and tonight I'm going over to friends which is good as it's board games night and these friends have a no snacking policy at their house, they're very careful of their games :-)
02/28 149.6 (-0.0) I was good yesterday, which was hard! Yesterday evening, my friend broke his no "snacking rule" during games night by giving all the players individual servings of a selection of cookies!! I resisted all evening with the plate next to me, I think that alone should deserve some weight loss Today will not be so good, I've got lunch planned with a friend and an evening out with friends combined with a late dinner. I'll go for the healthier options but I know there will be a gain somewhere over the next couple of days. However I do plan on enjoying it, you do get to appreciate the special dinner occasions even more when you've been dieting a long time!

02/27 238.4 Down from yesterday, but this number seems to be some sort of floor i need to break through! Wyfe and I have sworn off restaurant food for Lent-- except for our wedding anniversary in a few weeks, because come on.... so anyway this should help with portion control and hidden ingredients and calories. My goal for this challenge is to end below 236.0
02/28 238.2, blood sugar 132. Had my mother over for dinner last night. Ate amazingly well and even decadently, but within plan somehow. Okay, except for the wine. Plenty of leftovers to get us through a No Restaurant Weekend! The wine, alas, is thoroughly gone.
