I’ve lost some weight by calorie counting and working out (Orangetheory fitness) no less than 3 times a week for an hour each time. But I CANNOT get rid of this lower belly pooch to save my life!!! Any suggestions please? I’m ready to put in the work.

You can't spot reduce. All you can do is continue to lose weight and your body will decide based on genetics where it comes from first. Think of it like draining a pool, you can't drain one section.
