Okay, so I'm 5'3" and weigh in at the low 160's on a good day. I want to get into the 150's, but I've been feeling stuck for a REALLY long time and could use some motivation.

    Sadly, I don't know much about groups on MFP, but I don't believe it's possible to add this in your groups because I only made it to be a text post (please correct me in I'm wrong!). To join you just click on the "Reply" box located at the bottom of the page, copy and paste the chart I made or make your own, and then fill it in! I personally like to copy and paste the charts I fill in to google docs so I can edit them there and then post them so I don't have to search through other people's charts to find mine every time I need to add a new weigh in.

    To solve your problem with not being able to find this post again, I'd suggest bookmarking it.

    How to bookmark posts:
    Just click the little star above the right corner of the post (beside the title "Can someone join me in losing ten pounds by June?") and it will turn yellow, signifying that it is now in your bookmarks. You can find your bookmarked posts in the gray star located a bit above the first star, between the notification bell and settings gear (in other words, to the right of "Message Boards > Challenges"). You will need to be in the Community tab to access your bookmarked posts (where you are now, ofc).
