I agree...I think they are made for Mom's and Dad's that 'have' to bring in birthday cupcakes for their kid's whole class...

My b'day is in a few wks. I usually bake my own cake, cuz I love to bake & it's also so much cheaper & better tasting than store bought... but, I know if I bake an entire cake, I'll eat the whole thing in 2-days... cake instead of meals.
So, if zero calories, I'd eat an entire yellow cake with vanilla butter frosting sprinkled with coconut.
Dear lord... check out this blueberry coconut cake... oh, I'd love to bake that glorious beauty, but I'd be lying on the floor in sugar shock within hours.
