Mine is pretty lame, but it's not studying abroad in college.
I could have done it but I was too worried about my job and thought it was a financial mistake to leave for a semester. Only years later do I see that my supermarket job didn't care that much, I was so young (20) and my dad & stepmom would have covered my bills for that semester.
Not a big deal by any means but I regret it. I think it would have done me a lot of good.7 -
My marriage. Lost a lot of years, a lot of living.8

Ok, ok. I'll go.
I have so many things that I wish I could do over...but there is one that clearly stands out from the rest:
I wish I didn't waste so much of my time and energy on a clearly toxic relationship! Spent years pining away for a selfish, manipulative prick because I refused to accept who/what he was.8 -
I regret SO many things. Do I have to pick one?2

My legit one would be not getting custody of my nephews and niece when they were young -or at least long enough their parents got their chit together - they coulda had a completely different life with me and my family - I think about this one almost daily - hindsight’s a beotch11

I think my biggest regret is not going after my dreams. My biggest passion is singing and music but I never did anything with it. I remember my vocal coach responding to someone who complimented my voice saying, "ya, but she doesn't want to do anything with it ". I was 17 at the time. I haven't performed on stage since then. Not because of her btw just for clarification. I always fantasized about starting a band but never did. I've always been too scared and most things I've wanted in life has just passed me by.6

I feel this...it's hard to do what you want.
And dreams can change.
I feel like I get brave and try sometimes and then get scared and retreat to something "comfortable and secure"...then regret not following through.
Even just to know, if I failed at least I'd know.
Maybe that would be satisfying, and not completely disheartening or just plain depressing?3 -
