Apr 5: 202.8 Thatβs better. Struggling with keeping my glucose in check (T2D here). Either way too high or way too low. I am working on tweaking the diet more today. Looking for a downward trend on scale, plenty of healthy choices on the menu but less carbs to go along with less calories. Trying to find the sweet spot and when I do, that, in itself, will aid in the weight loss.

I'm in. My only goal for this month is to continue to working out and stay out of my pandemic snacks and wine as much as possible. I've been working out for 5 days a week to try to combat this stressful time.

My weight loss is starting to become normal. I was so bloated with food and waste so I'm guess that's a large part of my weightloss. I've been sticking to my keto diet and tracking everything! I've been struggling with eating enough fat. If anyone has a tip to consume more healthy fats I'd love the help(Carb conscious). I look forward to reading everyones posts and our progress in the weeks to come!6 -
This wasn't a very healthy week. I need to get back to logging and trying to find a way to exercise (I am finding walking too stressful, which is counterproductive!) Stay healthy and safe, all!

There is no shame in logging your weight even when you gain. I am sure everyone here at some point has gained some weight and made some wrong choices regarding their diet. But you should keep in mind that these things are part of your journey and you must keep going. Either way I don't intent to push you in logging in, just let you know that this is fine and no one here will judge you. We are all in this together.
