    Research band workouts. You'll likely find one that you'll enjoy doing.

    Most people will have house hold items that can help increase the load.

    Can you define "normal workout" without progressive load increases in a not so normal life situation.

    just basic workout to help you maintain the gains from stronglifts program you were previously doing, basically general fitness while we're in lockdown.

    I am doing pushups, squats and crunches randomly throughout the day but would be great if I can start follow a consistent plan, preferably something that does not involve equipment.

    I do have a 30lb weight band though. what would you suggesT?

    like I said, we're in a lockdown. We cant go outside.
    I need a routine to follow at home to stay fit.
    I dont have equipment. convict conditioning requires equipment so I cant do that.

    Do you have a garden? A little plot of dirt? Gardening is fun and can be a good workout.

    To add: I needed to dig a hole for posts to build a grape arbor. It was a serious workout. Working with 4x4 and cement is hard work.

    Since you prefer not to use equipment that is usually readily available in any household, I would hazard your goal of maintaining "gains" specifically tied from SL program isn't a realistic goal. Maintaining strength goals specifically from SL will need more than one resistance band.

    I would recommend you invest time in researching body weight programs and expect to use a lot of tempo and paused work as well as a lot more volume to help retain LBM at the very least.

    Bulgarian split squats, pushups and squats with/without the band, step ups, planks are some the movements I would focus on for exercise selection if you prefer not to use loading from equipment around the house.
