Research band workouts. You'll likely find one that you'll enjoy doing.1 -

Do you have a suitcase, milk or laundry soap conrainers, bucket(s), etc?
Most people will have house hold items that can help increase the load.

no not really. can you suggest a normal home workout for someone coming off of stronglift?1 -

No, not with the info you give.
Can you define "normal workout" without progressive load increases in a not so normal life situation.
This might open some doors or options that might be more helpful.2 -

just basic workout to help you maintain the gains from stronglifts program you were previously doing, basically general fitness while we're in lockdown.
I am doing pushups, squats and crunches randomly throughout the day but would be great if I can start follow a consistent plan, preferably something that does not involve equipment.
I do have a 30lb weight band though. what would you suggesT?0 -

like I said, we're in a lockdown. We cant go outside.
I need a routine to follow at home to stay fit.
I dont have equipment. convict conditioning requires equipment so I cant do that.1 -
Do you have a garden? A little plot of dirt? Gardening is fun and can be a good workout.
To add: I needed to dig a hole for posts to build a grape arbor. It was a serious workout. Working with 4x4 and cement is hard work.1 -

I thought they were body weight programs. Maybe convict conditioning requires equipment??? But I don't think YAYOG does...2 -
This one looks pretty decent if you have no equipment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4xsD_UCma0&t=640s0

Since you prefer not to use equipment that is usually readily available in any household, I would hazard your goal of maintaining "gains" specifically tied from SL program isn't a realistic goal. Maintaining strength goals specifically from SL will need more than one resistance band.
I would recommend you invest time in researching body weight programs and expect to use a lot of tempo and paused work as well as a lot more volume to help retain LBM at the very least.
Bulgarian split squats, pushups and squats with/without the band, step ups, planks are some the movements I would focus on for exercise selection if you prefer not to use loading from equipment around the house.

You Are Your Own Gym by Mark Lauren
It has a progression of routines. All easy to follow.
If I recall correctly, the only equipment necessary are a towel, a broom (or a strong stick), a door with a knob, and two chairs.1 -
A few more workout plans using mostly bodyweight , for different skill levels and goals:
https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/index
A couple of them have single exercises that require bands or (frequently) a pullup bar. For those, you might have to think about an alternative exercise using a door or table.0
