I just did a squat challenge video on You Tube that has a few variations if any of you are interested. I'm currently doing a plank challenge and ab challenge, I'm so tempted to do this one too but already am doing a ton of workouts!

Iโve set the alarm in my phone to go off every hour to remind me to get up and walk around the block. Iโm also doing squats or push-ups.

I have been doing 50 a day since Jan 1st.
Big difference. Quads have improved and grown. Rear suspension is tighter. Highly recommend intermittent squats through out the day. Many variations. Sumo, Romanian straight leg, Deadlift, bodyweight, half up, legs together, Tension band resistance.
