    My goal this month is to no longer be obese BMI!

    Nov lost: 10.4lb
    Dec lost: 7.7lb
    Jan lost: 9.1lb
    Feb GAIN: 6lb (bereavement/quit smoking)
    Mar lost: 6.7lb

    1 Apr - 13st 8.8 (+0.2lb)
    2 Apr - 13st 7.9 (-0.9lb/-0.7lb)
    3 Apr - 13st 5.9 (-2.0lb/-2.7lb) TOTM, though also had alcohol so may go back up tomorrow!
    4 Apr - 13st 10.7 (+4.8lb/+2.1lb) 😲 So that's what happens if you eat a whole apple crumble sized for a family of 4 and a whole bunch of alcohol....

    Goal weight this month April 2020: 295 lb - Hoping for another 8 lbs this month but would be happy with just getting under 300
    Target goal weight: 175 lb

    January 2020 – down 10.7 lbs
    February 2020 – down 7.8 lbs
    March 2020 – no change

    Mar 1-5: weighed but didn’t track – upward trend entire time thanks to a mixture of stay in place and depression but I’m gonna kick it
    Mar 6: 306.4 lbs
    Mar 7: 305.2 lbs
    Mar 8: 305.1 lbs
    Mar 9: 304.9 lbs
    Mar 10: 304.0 lbs almost back to start of month weight at least.

    Goal weight this month: I set my goal as 230 lbs at the beginning of the month, but looks like I'll be passing that. Keeping it at 230 though just because.
    Target goal weight: Not sure yet. Want to get under 200, then aim for 180 and see what I look like.

    Pre-MFP weight loss (May-Jan): -26 lbs
    Feb loss: -2.2 lb
    March loss: -5.2 lb
    Start weight April: 219
    Goal weight this month: 213, then continue to lose weight
    Target goal weight: 210 (or whatever weight gets my Cardiologist off my back)

    March 2020 ending weight: 303.5 lb
    Goal weight this month April 2020: 295 lb - Hoping for another 8 lbs this month but would be happy with just getting under 300
    Target goal weight: 175 lb

    January 2020 – down 10.7 lbs
    February 2020 – down 7.8 lbs
    March 2020 – no change

    Mar 1-5: weighed but didn’t track – upward trend entire time thanks to a mixture of stay in place and depression but I’m gonna kick it
    Mar 6: 306.4 lbs
    Mar 7: 305.2 lbs
    Mar 8: 305.1 lbs
    Mar 9: 304.9 lbs
    Mar 10: 304.0 lbs almost back to start of month weight at least.
    Mar 11: 304.5 lbs
    Mar 12: 305.2 lbs salty snack before bed so hopefully this is just water weight
    Mar 13: 307.8 lbs PMS maybe, hopefully
    Mar 14: 304.6 lbs

    June - lost 6lbs
    July - lost 3lbs...then went on holiday and gained 5lbs back πŸ™„
    August- lost 2lbs
    September and October - I went off it and put all the weight and more back on πŸ˜”
    November - lost 7lbs πŸ˜€
    December - gained 4lbs 😬
    January - lost 2lbs
    February - gained 5lbs 😫 nearly back to square one!
    March - lost 1bs overall πŸ˜” put 4lbs on then lost 5lbs!
