●This is my breakfast oatmeal replacement on Keto.
**Keto Seed Porridge ~ 1 serving
5.2 net carbs ~ 333 calories
~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
~1 TB hemp seeds
~1 TB flax seed meal
~1 TB flax seeds
~1 TB chia seeds
~cinnamon ~ to taste
~4 ozs purified water
~1 TB heavy whipping cream

I live in the UK - aged 48 - with hubby and two daughters age 12 and 17 - other 4 (step) kids all grown up and left home and we also have 6 grandkids (aged between 1 and 7). Came back to this in round 110

70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. A pinched nerve and back surgery side-lined me for about a year. Then I had back surgery. Then I had hip surgery March 10th. Recovery is slow. Sure do want to be back walking!
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !

04/17 134 – thought this was too good to be true yesterday! But I'm ok with it. 8.77 miles walked yesterday. Did take back a lot of my exercise calories yesterday on my birthday, hubby bbq'd a delicious steak & opened a bottle of prosecco. 199 calories in credit, all other macros in green.

I have been meaning to lose the last few KG to get down to my 75kg goal. Now nothing is open I thought this would be the perfect time to get there. I have been sitting around my current weight since August 2018 so I am comfortable with my maintenance lifestyle but always had that end goal in the back of my mind that I set in October 2017!

17/04 - 80.4kg - Rest day today which is the hardest day for me as it means 2000 calories and nothing but walking! I am working though so that will keep me focused, rest days on the weekend under lockdown are the worst!If your goal is to be at a higher/lower number than when you started, don't be put down by the fact that higher/lower number isn't as high/low as you wanted! Over the course of weeks and months these changes add up drastically!
If you ever feel down and head to the snack draw to get something sweet or something you don't need to eat. Think about the real reason you started this journey in the first place, because when I think about mine it instantly gives me that 'it's not worth it feeling' and I grab a piece of fruit or have a coffee!8 -

I live in the UK - aged 48 - with hubby and two daughters age 12 and 17 - other 4 (step) kids all grown up and left home and we also have 6 grandkids (aged between 1 and 7). Came back to this in round 110
R110 - Start weight 155.0lb Finish weight 152.3lb Round Loss 2.7lb
Round goal - keep tracking, keep losing and get out for my 10k steps walk in the evenings (working from home at the minute so desk bound most of the day) and keep active at the weekends with doing stuff round the house.
My first mini target is to get back into the 140's.....

04/17 - 151.3lb (-1.0lb) Happy with that for day 1! Didn't get out on a walk yesterday other than a short walk up to our local shops as so busy with work and then our weekly virtual pub quiz night with friends via video and a catch up with hubby on the phone who is working away at the moment. but I'm tracking, drinking my water and feeling focused so its all good
