I learned some more today. I adjusted my calorie intake to 2600. I learned some foods I need to eliminate from my diet. I am making progress even though I'm still a mess. LOL

    Thank you. I'm just trying to get settled into a routine and go from there. Not as easy as you would think.

    What does the 3614b in your thread title refer to?

    I originally read it as 3614 lb but that’s clearly not possible! But now I’m curious!?
