I started MFP in April 2011. My blood sugar was a little on the high side and my blood pressure was at stage 2 hypertension level. Both are normal now which gives me great peace of mind. My wife is the hub of my support network followed by all of the wonderful people I've connected with on MFP. Good luck with your goals and thanks for the support. :happy:

HOLY CANNOLI!!! That is amazing. Seriously, if that doesn't inspire someone they must be DEAD! Congratulations!! I am floored! It also got me thinking, if you could go from the gut to the flat tummy, maybe I could too (after having 3 kids)? I really really hope so... thanks for giving me that hope!
