Are you going to watch Thor try to break the world record on deadlifts this Saturday afternoon?

I LOVE YouTube!! I’m on there all day long (educational purposes) as far as exercises... I’m down for any that are under 10 min and equipment-free! I love under 10 min bc it feels fast-paced n productive for me 💥 I also get bored easily and with short videos I’m entertained n will do several at a time!

AthleanX, Fitness Marshall, Sidney Cummings, HASFit, Body Project, Body Groove, Jenny Ford, 24 Hour Fitness (my gym), Leslie Sansone, Bob & Brad (physical therapists with great techniques for injuries and exercises), and Joanna Soh. Then a bunch of rock groups.

Fitness: I like fightTIPS (MMA), Training with Gabby (Boxing), Precision Striking (Boxing), Tom Merrick (Stretching and more).

Shane and Coach PJ with fightTIPS have some great drills for hand eye coordination using tennis balls. They also have some flexibility stuff for MMA high kicks.

I just bought a jump rope and started following the Jump Rope Dudes this weekend.

Other: The Financial Diet, Simpawtico Dog Training, Daily Show with Trevor Noah, the Try Guys, Michelle from Buzzfeed, and SNL.
