    I don't even know how it happened so bad.
    I was running, felt a 'tweak' in the knee but kept running until I was like 'nope' and limped home.
    Weird how its persisted in pain...been 10 days. Advil helps a lot.
    I'm *that* stupid runner tho that just keeps wanting to "try it out" ...can I still run? Is this pain 'the new normal'?

    It’s really hard to tell with knees. I know downhills hurt my knees the most. It might resolve, or not. Rest might help. Or not.

    Some people think running is the worst regular exercise a person can do and other people swear by it. 🤷‍♀️

    mentally, its invigorating for me, like no other exercise...and I'm 'depressed' when I can't run (markedly saddened , feel bad, guilty and lazy)

    is that weird? Is it another addiction?

    naked, makes it easy when I get up in the morning to go out to door conected to my bedroom and jump right into the pool. Pity anybody who might want to stare over my backyard wall.
