Less Alcohol - MAY 2020 - One Day at a Time

    I'll give it a "shot" (see what I did there?? :D )

    Goal for the remainder of May - AF from 5pm Sunday night to 6pm Friday night. And I will decrease drinking over the weekend. I'm hoping this will help me increase performance of my early morning workouts before the workday starts, better sleep!!

    A bit of wine for me last night. Today is a bank holiday so one of my thursday zoom meetups was moved to thursday instead. I'm getting better at drinking a small amount and leaving the rest of the bottle for another day.
