    Hello! I'd love to be added to the group. I can always use motivation and support! I started off at 214lbs, and am currently 142.4lbs. I have about 15-20 lbs left to lose. Goal weight is anywhere around120-125lbs.

    Week 3: 164
    Week 4: 162
    Week 5: 161

    Another pound down this week! I've been walking, but I think I'm going to try a walk at home workout video I found on YouTube. It looks interesting and low impact, which I need. Remember it is a journey, so keep your goal in mind and keep at it. Have a great week everyone!!
