    Just started Daily Burn again after burning out (and other decisions) around Thanksgiving. I'm mostly interested in doing barre work, but love dancing for cardio work.

    I weigh in on Wednesdays. I try to avoid the scale on the other days. Focusing on how I feel and how my clothes fit.
