Should go to processed protein or processed carb
I think processed protein is better and protein is vital element that nourish body than carb that
Is destined to be fats
Protein enter in body in manufacture enzymes hormones ,DNA and muscles
Am I right ?

If I'm going to have fun, it'll be an extremeley chocolately biscuit from M&S (actually it was two- I've just eaten them). The foods that I've already eaten through the day are balanced and nourishing.

I’ve joined you in that, sat in the garden on a nice sunny day glass in hand.

(Thought I’d do a post somewhere as I have been MIA for a couple of months. (Try to catch up when I can)

Not C19, mum (93) having health crisis in UK and I can’t get over from west coast Canada.
Lots of angst and hours on the phone.

Be kind, be calm, stay safe.
    Cheers, h.

Hugs to you and wishing all the best to your Mum ❤️
