Hello all. I'm struggling with figuring out what kind of a sweet treat to have at the end of the day. I have about a hundred and fifty calories. Any suggestions?

I like chocolate or strawberry protein shake with almond coconut milk mixed with a little ice. Taste like a shake. I use thrive or Vega one shakes.2

I like having Protein 'fluff' ice 'cream' - I make a huge amount for around 60 calories. I pair it with jello and sprinkle kamut puffs on top - maybe some yogurt/berries, etc., Usually around 150-200 calories for my snack.2
-
I like After Eight chocolate mints for a small sweet treat. For 150 kcal you can have 4 squares.2

I mix a sachet of low cal hot chocolate into a tub of fat free quark. It's like thick chocolate mousse.2

Love these. Under 150 calories0

didn't even know this existed...sounds very dangerous😛1 -
Ohh I know of a chocolate mousse recipe that is about 150 cals a serve. Super rich so it satisfies even my intense cravings. So easy too. I'll find it for you soon! 😁0

Rich chocolate mousse, serves 4
100g dark chocolate (70% or more)
4 egg whites
1Tbsp caster sugar
50g Greek yoghurt
1tsp vanilla essence
(Sugar is optional, but helps when beating the egg whites) essentially it's just melting chocolate. Adding vanilla and yoghurt. Beating egg whites with sugar and folding them all together1 -
I just input the ingredients and came out at 188 cal though using Whittakers 72%0

Oh it’s very dangerous 🤤 the spread tastes like the inside of Kinder Bueno.
Also tastes great on bagels, with the strawberries too.0 -
I had some leftover miso caramel sauce in the fridge from the last time we had company and ice cream for dessert. Tried it today drizzled on mundane fruit after loosening in the microwave. It added plenty of wow to a banana and a sliced apple. This is the recipe I used for the sauce.

Sounds similar to this recipe.

I blend three bananas (~10 oz), 7 oz strawberries, and a drop of vanilla extract. Pour into a popsicle mold and get about 9 popsicles out of it. They are 35 calories each. When I have a lot of extra calories, I have these store brand (Safeway) mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches that are awesome and 170 calories.0

Halo top choco mocha chip ice cream. 🤤0

Ice cream novelty (most pre made ice cream plain sandwiches are 150-170 cals)
Bowl of mixed fruit with a tbsp of cool whip
Jello
Popcorn -salt, butter, caramel drizzle, chocolate drizzle (pick your poison!)
Rice cakes
Frozen grapes dipped in green jello mix- reminds me of a sour candy but way better and not popping lol0 -
We mix a packet of sugar free fat free cheesecake instant jello mix into a large tub of 0% plain greek yogurt. Portioned out into four servings is about 150 calories. I think it tastes good with just the cheesecake jello mix, but there are tons of options for toppings based on what you like - chocolate chips, berries, powdered peanut butter, chopped nuts, crushed up cookie, cereal, etc.0

Nick's swedish ice cream 60 calories 5 net carbs tastes so much better than those other ones like Halo Top. I like the Choklat and Peanut Butter Karamell.

Ben and jerry makes awesome egg free cookie dough bites. 2tbsp = 110 calls. Delish.0

Macrobiotic folks make kanten, which is like a vegan Jello-type dessert, often with fresh fruit suspended in it. When it's done right, it's light and refreshing and can be really delicious. Unfortunately, whenever I try to make it I can't quite figure out when to stop cooking it, and it either comes out underdone and runny, or too hard and kind of...soapy. So, I know, not a great ad, but if you know someone who's good at making it, try it! It really is good when it's done right!0

I have been hunting for this thing called quark for weeks! I have tried multiple grocery stores in PA, but have not found it yet.
If anyone is familiar with a chain that carries it, I would really like to try it!0 -
Quark. I have bought it at natural foods. I googled and it said try Aldi or Sprouts. You can order it from Walmart. You might try German markets for homemade. I was curious, but after tasting it, I won’t look for it again, just use Greek yogurt. If I happen to see it, I might try it again.0

Thank you! I am curious also. I hate Greek yogurt with a passion, so I don’t know if quark will be any better for me, but I wanted to give it a shot. 🙂0 -
I like taking "Banana Yogurt" and mixing in 2 Tbsp PB Fit (Peanut Butter powder I get from Sam's Club - love it way more than PB2)... give that Peanut Butter and Banana flavor... Yum!0
-
Maybe this isn't exactly what you're looking for, but for me sometimes even a bowl of cherries can be so satisfying!1

Get an ice cream maker on Amazon. I add low fat vanilla yogurt combined with vanilla almond milk then add all sorts of healthy things like matcha tea powder, flax seed meal, chia seeds, organic cacao powder, salt free sunflower seeds, sugar free coconut chips or fresh coconut, frozen banana, any frozen fruit, delicious! You can also do just frozen fruit for a sorbet. Tastes decadent but so healthy! Adding too much sunflower seeds or flax or chia seeds can add a lot of calories so be careful but they are very healthy calories and it’s really more of a meal replacement than dessert. You can also add protein powder. You can really add anything! I want to try carrot frozen yogurt!0
