    May 31: 146 - Didn’t do well on this challenge and I didn't even bring my best either. I'm still so proud of where I am, I didn't think I'd get this far and yet here I am! June has to be different, I have to try again. Next month will be better, I can feel it!

    I need to lose at least 10lb by August (my 1st wedding anniversary... want to fit back into the dress!).

    May start Weight: 155.5 lb
    May Goal Weight: 153 lb
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 138 lb

    My preferred weigh-in day is Tuesday.

    May 5: 156 lb 😞
    May 12: 156 lb 😐
    May 19: 156 lb 😐
    May 26: 156 lb :'(
    Jun 1 : 155.2 :)

    So my final weigh-in saves me from total humiliation and gives me an actual loss! Woohoo! Must try harder in June...
