Hey, I have logged in for 50 days! Yay! But, around that day I lost my motivation to log/track food. Are there any reminder functions or any other ways? I tried this technique where you just write it and then at the end of the day log. it. My issue isn't eating, but logging.

My other issue is self-esteem. I'm scared to go downstairs and get food to eat, because my family might think I'm doing something weird. Any self-esteem food tips?

    I'd be more concerned if your family thinks getting food equates to doing something weird.

    I plan out my week. I tend to log on Sundays and modify as my week evolves.
