I've been doing Sydney Cummings workouts. We just finished a May challenge and today started the summertime fine 2.0 12 week program. She uploads the next workout every day at 5am. She also has over 800 workout videos on her channel1

I created my own workout: 10 exercises, either 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off OR tabata style....Pushups, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, bicep curls, hip bridges, burpees, triceps, crunches and rows.....I've modified some of these exercises -- sometimes with or without weights -- and sometimes did the same style but did different exercises.

Pull a tire. You can get a regular car tire instead of a tractor tire and throw some sandbags on it for resistance.

There are some "make your own" links out there, if you're crafty. Super cheap.0 -

A 7 pound Onit mace is $28 plus shipping. They are on backorder now. I got one long before the pandemic. Go on the light side when buying, the shape makes the weight deceptively difficult.0 -

I was very intrigued by the mace thing too. I looked around; they aren't expensive. My only problem is that it'd probably end up next to the hula hoops, ankle weights, and squeeze balls, in my garage. But it does look like a good work out.0 -
